Welcome to this brand New 10 Bedroom/10 Bath Pool Home situated in one of the best luxury resort community in central Florida Encore Club at Reunion

Whether you are planning for family reunion or corporate outing, This fully equipped 10 bedroom luxury vacation villa will afford you and your guests comfort and luxury for a memorable vacation. Providing 4,800 sq ft of air conditioned living space, this luxurious villa offers ample space for all your guests to gather and privacy when you need it at night.

Our home is professionally furnished and decorated, large screen LED TV in family room and all bedrooms. Cable TV and high-speed WiFi internet are complimentary for our guests. Large pool deck has spacious covered lanai and heated pool and spa for you to rewind and entertain after a long day at scheme park.

Just minutes from Disney, and easy access to many great restaurants of the Formosa area of Kissimmee, Encore Club at Reunion provides one of the best amenities in central FL including theme park style aqua park, 16,000 SF clubhouse with full service bar and fast casual restaurant, private dining, sports and fitness center. Encore Club offers complimentary shuttle services to Disney, Universal and SeaWorld. If you are in a mood for a round of golf, there are several first class golf courses minutes from our home.

On 1st floor, we have a wheelchair accessible master suite (please note that there is a 2" lip on the front entrance doorway), and 2 oversized king master suites. On 2nd floor there are 3 king suites, a huge double queen suite, 1 full/full bunk bedroom and 2 double twin bedrooms. Our home can accommodate up to 24 people in beds! If that's not enough, we can arrange multiple homes side by side.

The Kitchen is equipped with granite count tops and 2 full size stainless fridges. There are pull up bar seating in the kitchen beside 2x 8 seating dining tables and 2x6 seating patio tables.

2 sets of Washer/dryers, and 2 dishwashers are provided, so are 2 strollers, 2 high chairs & 2 Pack ’n’ Play cribs for the very young ones. Air conditioned game room has media room with Xbox one and Foosball table for our guests' enjoyment when you come home from theme park visit.

You're close to all world renowned attractions, Disney is 10 mins, Universal Studio/Island of Adventure and Sea World/Discovery Cove are 30 mins, Busch Gardens is 1 hour, LegoLand is 45 mins, Interstate 4 is just a couple of mins away from our home.

The state of art 16,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece in this resort, it includes a huge resort-style pool completed with exciting water slides – perfect for families to enjoy for hours. When it’s time for a drink or a bite to eat, the onsite restaurant & Lounge will serve both your favorite libation along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. With all the latest in cardio and strength building equipment, the fitness center will keep you tone while on vacation. For some friendly competition, there are sand volleyball courts, lighted tennis courts, as well as a multi-purpose sports court. The entire pool deck is equipped with wireless internet. In addition, a sundry shop is located in the clubhouse along with children's activity center if you need to pick up something quickly.

Easy check in, property is in a great location along with other rental properties. House was very clean and well supplied as described in the property description. Plenty of parking. Community is very nice and the clubhouse and water park are convenient to walk to and fantastic! Sliding glass door to pool is in need of maintenance, and pool alarms are annoying but required by code. Really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for a large group!

This home was perfect for our large group of 24, ranging in age from 1-70. Two laundry rooms, 2 large refrigerators and 2 dishwashers made meal prep and clean up easy! Pack and play and high chair meant we didn’t have to bring those things with us. Plenty of dinnerware and seating inside meant we could all have dinner together. The staff at the resort and management company were very responsive, even when the smoke detector battery died late one night. The resort pool and slides were great fun. We had a terrific time and wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again. Enjoy!

I called several times because there were lizards and roaches in the home. They did send out pest control, but it only brought out more larger size roaches, The water pressure in this home was horrible and many of the bedrooms along with the kitchen had NO hot water at all. It was quite embarrassing that my guest/family had to witness this. In the kitchen, the dishwasher closest to the pantry we saw a mice go under the dishwasher. Whatever is managing this property is NOT doing a good job of it at all. The home is beautiful, but it was obvious that no one had been in the home for a while, even the dishtowels in the drawer had roach bates on them and they were not fresh, so we didn't use them, the stove top was not clean either, nor the pool. They did come and clean the pool two days later at my request, I feel that it should have been done prior to our arrival. I paid to stay in this home and my family and I was really looking forward to our stay, Some of them only stayed four days because of the condition and no hot water in the showers. I end up leaving a day early because I end up with covid. There again I am truly disappointed with the conditions in the home that we experienced.

Thanksgiving Week

Our whole family stayed at the property the week of Thanksgiving. The house was roomy and everyone had their own space. The resort facilities were within walking distance (two blocks) and the water park was fantastic! The development is about a 15 minute drive to Disney World. Our overall rating is 90%. The negatives were that Direct TV was not working for the first four days, there were 6 ceiling lights that needed to be replaced, 15 bar stools needed the screws to be tightened (my son took care of this issue) and the cleaning crew and inspector delayed our moving into the house by one and a half hours past the 4pm arrival time.

All in all we had a great stay, we had several small children in the house and it would have been good if TV’s worked. 3/4 of the TV’s for the whole trip did not work which created tons of chaos for the smaller children. I had to YouTube several items to work them and we were extremely disappointed with the shuttle service but all in all a good stay.

Great vacation rental!

This vacation rental home was wonderful. The 10 bedrooms with 10 baths were great for a large family. The private pool and the huge water slides at the club house were a lot of fun for the kids.

Perfect for big family.

This house is perfect for our big family. There were enough rooms for all of us. The kids loved the pool. I only gave it 4 starts because the house wasn’t ready at 4pm on our check in day, the property manager told us that the house would be ready by 6, so we waited at the club house, when we arrived at the the house, they were still cleaning, we finally get to go inside around 6:30. Also there are no extra toilet paper or paper towel, and they just left us 1 garbage bag for our 5 day stay.

Amazing home and experience! Feedback - should just encourage guest to park at club house. Good Morning. We took good care of your home. There was one minor incident - curtain rod fell down up stairs. We lifted the foose ball table to move it for air mattress and two legs fell off so obviously someone else broke it already and just sat the legs under the table, I promise you we didn’t do it. Also there we no balls for the table. Also you have a lot of bulbs out in the house and TVs that don’t work/connect to the cable. And Oh My the AC; it was 80 degrees upstairs both nights miserable sleep for me and others upstairs. These holes in the wall behind the door and one of the pool gate pole broke off long times ago so we you pull the gate back it sticks up so I put tape over it.

Upon arriving the pool was extremely dirty. We called several times and NOONE came to clean it. Our stay was for 5 nights, so we eventually had to clean it ourselves. We also called and paid for pool heating and the pool remained cold. Terrible!

Had to make record straight - heating of private pool is optional and cost extra as stated on our listing. I am sorry but you have never pre-ordered nor paid for private pool heating. I understand you are upset about we could not accommodate your last min request for late check out because we have back to back reservations and we have obligation to get the home ready for the next group to check in on time.

Florida vacay with family..meh

Driving into the resort, we were very disappointed at how close the houses were to each other, and the overabundance of cars parked outside of each property. Privacy was completely out the window, as you can clearly see and hear the neighbors while you sit out at the pool. I hope you enjoy their music and they enjoy yours. While there are bushes to separate the properties, these bushes are not effective in creating a private space for you and your family to enjoy the outside pool area. All things considered, if you could withstand the proximity to neighbors and a few annoying features (like the obscenely loud pool door alarm), the house itself was great and roomy for all 16 of us who stayed there. The younger ones enjoyed the private pool and the large resort pool with the water slides. There is a small gym that I was able to take advantage of while the kids were at the resort pool. We were also able to play soccer, tennis and sand volleyball during our stay. We had an enjoyable time.
