Perfection

We absolutely loved our stay in Montreal. Close to great restaurants, shops, the metro line and more. The place was clean, spacious and so comfortable. You can’t miss with this spot.

Perfect Location to Explore the City

We had a fantastic stay in Montreal! The apartment was in a great location-close to everything or a short drive away to explore the city. It was spacious, very well maintained and exactly as described. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt throughout. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the lovely back porch due to rain but it looked very inviting. I loved my time in Montreal and cannot wait to visit again.

Montreal Weekend

We came to look at McGil with our daughter. Loved the apartment and really loved the neighborhood. We would come back and do it all over again. Quaint, comfortable, cozy. Loved the plaster work and the high ceilings. THANK YOU!

Great location in Montreal

Great stay and location in Montreal

Excellent apartment value in a great neighborhood. Our young adult sons really liked it as well. Lots of restaurants and interesting shops close by. Metro station is about 15 minute walk on the lin that goes directly to the old town. Management was easy to contact and would reply quickly to inquiries. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Nice 3 bedroom apartment

Nice 3 bedroom apartment close to great bakery and restaurants. It’s also walking distance to Mont Royal. Also has a parking spot if requested. Stayed with my husband and 4 kids, My 15 year old liked to hang out on the back patio.

Clean Good Location. A bit Spartan

OK. Squeeky old wood floors. Upstairs neighbors easily heard walking. Clean and great neighborhood. 2 bedrooms are connected via French doors w a curtain on the door. So, you can hear the other person. .

Comfortable apartment with a great location

We spent 5 nights in November and enjoyed the apartment which was exactly as described. It is in the middle of an eclectic neighborhood with bakeries and restaurants all around. Did not need a car as everything we visited was walking distance or a short Uber ride. Yann was great to deal with - he responded right away if we sent an email and gave us a lot of suggestions for restaurants and local bakeries, bagel shops etc. If we could me back to Montreal we know where we will be staying!

Fabulous location

The condo was as advertised, super clean, quiet and a fun place to stay. But beware lots of stairs like many in Montreal. We really very much enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment, awesome location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is in a charming neighborhood with everything you could want within walking distance. We were very comfortable in the unit - 2 sisters in their 60's and our 2 daughters in their 20's. We did rent the parking spot, which was a great convenience. We just walked down the back spiral staircase to the car. The front steps, as mentioned, are a bit steep and not all of it with a handrail - my sister did not like that part. We chose to drive to our activities, which worked out better than expected. No trouble finding parking garages and lots near where we wanted to go. We visited the botanical garden, Atwater Market, the art museum, and Old Town - all were within 10-15 minutes drive. We particularly enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and seeing all the great restaurants, sidewalk cafes, shops, etc. And the bagel shop is right around the corner. We loved the location and hope to be back!

Spacious and Stylish Aprtment!

Very beautiful and so spacious. The property was very clean and well equipped. The décor was stylish. I could hear a bit of overhead noise in the wee hours one night. I contacted management and problem was solved! Very nice deck with lots of space as well. We easily Uber'd and Taxied around the city very reasonably.

We are a couple in their thirties who have met 15 years ago working in restaurants. Being manager and waiter in that industry made us realize the importance of listening to our clients and how everything is in the details. We then found that we shared the same concerns: the quality of customer service and a real passion for Montreal!

After much discussion, we decided to pursue this to another level in the rental industry. We started with two apartments in 2011. We then continued to expand our business eversince. Now parents of two, we love running our family business and our 17 apartments. With our small yet friendly and professionnal team, we are dedicated to provide the best and responsive customer service, clean, stylish and fully-stocked locations so you can have a memorable stay in our beautiful city.
