Perfection

We absolutely loved our stay in Montreal. Close to great restaurants, shops, the metro line and more. The place was clean, spacious and so comfortable. You can’t miss with this spot.

Perfect Location to Explore the City

We had a fantastic stay in Montreal! The apartment was in a great location-close to everything or a short drive away to explore the city. It was spacious, very well maintained and exactly as described. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt throughout. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the lovely back porch due to rain but it looked very inviting. I loved my time in Montreal and cannot wait to visit again.

Montreal Weekend

We came to look at McGil with our daughter. Loved the apartment and really loved the neighborhood. We would come back and do it all over again. Quaint, comfortable, cozy. Loved the plaster work and the high ceilings. THANK YOU!

Great location in Montreal

The apartment was perfect for our family’s visit to Montreal. It was clean and well appointed. It was exactly as described on the website. The restaurants in the area are very good; the neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Fabulous location

The condo was as advertised, super clean, quiet and a fun place to stay. But beware lots of stairs like many in Montreal. We really very much enjoyed our stay.

Great stay and location in Montreal

Excellent apartment value in a great neighborhood. Our young adult sons really liked it as well. Lots of restaurants and interesting shops close by. Metro station is about 15 minute walk on the lin that goes directly to the old town. Management was easy to contact and would reply quickly to inquiries. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Lovely apartment in a great part of Montreal

My family of four really enjoyed staying in this apartment. Stylish furnishings, high ceilings and a very well set up kitchen were some of the highlights. It’s also located in a really cool part of Montreal with great restaurants.

Nice 3 bedroom apartment

Nice 3 bedroom apartment close to great bakery and restaurants. It’s also walking distance to Mont Royal. Also has a parking spot if requested. Stayed with my husband and 4 kids, My 15 year old liked to hang out on the back patio.

Awesome Location!

Loved the property, loved the location - the back porch is wonderful, the store right below, the restaurants and shops - and all within short distance to the Old Port - it was just amazing - can't wait to come back! My only heads-up- is if the weather decides to be super hot (which is probably rare but it was in the mid 90s for us) - the air conditioner won't be able to keep up, and overall the bedrooms will be hot. Only consideration but wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Comfortable apartment with a great location

We spent 5 nights in November and enjoyed the apartment which was exactly as described. It is in the middle of an eclectic neighborhood with bakeries and restaurants all around. Did not need a car as everything we visited was walking distance or a short Uber ride. Yann was great to deal with - he responded right away if we sent an email and gave us a lot of suggestions for restaurants and local bakeries, bagel shops etc. If we could me back to Montreal we know where we will be staying!

fantastic appartment in the heart of montreal's mile end/outremont district

This is the perfect getaway for those seeking to be in Montreals vibrant plateau area. Steps away from some of the cities finest restaurants, steaming bagels, fashion shopping and hipster coffee. We had an awesome sibling reunion, with each of us having our own bedroom and lots of common space. the appartment was clean, modern with a stocked kitchen and crisp linens. The beds were awesome! Small note - an electric kettle for tea drinkers and consider providing small samples of shampoo/conditioner. WE WILL BE BACK!!

great girls weekend here!

Chic Laurier was a cozy, well appointed apartment in the Plateau area, within walking distance to mass transit and near bars and restaurants. It was clean and nicely furnished. Problem with tv was promptly addressed. Great patio although too cold outside to use while we were there. Perfect size for three of us. Would recommend this apartment. However, for anyone with ambulatory issues or young children, note that the apartment is up a steep flight of stairs.

We really enjoyed our stay at your place and would stay there again. The location was perfect yet some minor things need to be addressed: the toilet ran continually, the screen in one of the kitchen windows had a hole in it, the outlet in the first bedroom under the window was coming out of the wall, one of the lights in the entrance was out. Thanks.
