This 3-bedroom welcoming retreat located 2 blocks from Lake Austin and the world renowned Lake Austin Spa is perfect for you and your family’s and friends’ escape! Modern comfort and entertainment amenities, with cozy indoor and outdoor relaxation and entertainment in mind - lake and boat access, a backyard retreat with outdoor kitchen and shower, 2 cozy fireplaces indoor, 3 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, and equipped with a Tesla/EV Charger in the 3-car carport fit for boat parking.
This fully air conditioned 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath vacation home features 3 living rooms, 2 fireplaces, an office, a secondary work space, a fully equipped galley kitchen, and sleeping for 8-10. All bedrooms have smart TVs. The dining table sits 12 and conveniently reverts back to a ping-pong table or pool table as desired.
The home is open all seasons and is equally fit for you and your guests to relax or entertain. A stroll to vibrant downtown Austin is just 30 minutes away.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful lakefront home. The location is serene, and the neighbors are welcoming. It’s also very convenient to a variety of restaurants, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable.The house itself is perfect for a family getaway—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need for both relaxation and entertainment. The outdoor kitchen and patio provided a great place to unwind and connect, truly a highlight of our stay.Our host, Zarina, was wonderful—responsive, attentive, and welcoming. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed retreat by the lake.

Great Lake house for families
Our group truly enjoyed this home. Plenty of space for our group of 10. The kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of gathering areas for playing games and visiting. My group really enjoyed the pool table and ping pong. The backyard and patio are amazing. Everything was clean. Plenty of linens and towels. The host is a great communicator and made everything easy as we planned our stay. We will gather here again for our next reunion!

We were lucky enough to stay in this beautiful home for about one month when we were displaced due to our house flooding. Zarina reached out within hours of our booking to say Hi and see what we needed. The house is absolutely gorgeous. It has a lake house vibe, but with a true Austin touch. I am a 4th generation Austinite and this home feels like old Austin, in the best way. The outside area is an absolute dream! Multiple fire pits, a huge yard and tons of seating. Our 3 kids called this our “tiny home” and still ask if we can drive by to say hi to the house. The neighbors are wonderfully kind, too. I truly can’t say enough amazing things about this house and Zarina. Do yourself a favor and get a real taste of Austin at this beautiful home.
