We take pride in consistently delivering 5-star experiences, so this review is not reflective of the standard we provide. Prior to check-in, the guest was already dissatisfied due to our inability to accommodate early check-in and late checkout requests. Upon arrival, she also shared that she was experiencing an anxiety attack related to the steep driveway, which is typical for homes in this Hill Country lake area. None of the concerns outlined in this review were raised at any point during the stay. This is especially notable given that the guest herself acknowledged we were consistently prompt and responsive in answering her questions. Had any of these issues been brought to our attention, they would have been addressed immediately. For clarity, we do provide body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, and all towels and linens are professionally cleaned and inspected prior to each arrival. After checkout, the home was found in a more untidy condition than usual, requiring additional cleaning time and extra fees by our team to prepare for the next guest. We did not raise this with the guest nor seek any additional compensation as a courtesy. We remain committed to providing an exceptional experience and encourage guests to communicate concerns during their stay so they can be promptly resolved.

The house is absolutely beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. The water was amazing. We tied off our River floats to the dock and had the best time swimming and just relaxing.My son even caught a fish. It was very private. The host was fast to responding to any questions we had. Our family Definitely recommends this lake house. We had a wonderful time.

Very spacious, great privacy and excellent sleeping accommodations on three separate levels. Excellent kitchen and dining space too. We made several large meals and found the kitchen super well equipped. Great gathering spaces also on multiple levels. Same with outdoor spaces. Everything very functional, clean, well put together!

Beautiful Lake Travis home!

We stayed here for a week with the family & loved it. The neighborhood is quiet & very pretty. The house was very clean & comfortable. It’s beautifully decorated with amazing views of the lake. The owner was very attentive to any questions we had. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home with plenty of space. Good view of Lake Travis and easy access to the lake. Quite area, easy to get some good rest. Perfect place for family and friends. Property manager was communicative and pleasant. I recommended this location!

Family Getaway

The home was perfect, one of the cleanest vacation homes we have stayed in. It was a workout to get to the water but that is because the lake was so low. We ended up renting a pontoon boat for the day and enjoyed the scenery and dipping into the water.

Great Place for friends who are like family.

Lovely, everything was thought of. The APP was very helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed including dog dishes (we forgot ours). The view was lovely, and the kids enjoyed the paddle boards.

Beautiful property!

We were looking for a short getaway to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation and this gem was perfect! Very clean and private with so much room for outdoor fun. The stairs to the dock were very steep so not ideal for anyone with mobility challenges but for young adults and active older folks, it should not be an issue. Host was super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend if you are searching for a larger home with waterfront access!
