Welcome to The University!

Calling all Red Raiders and visitors! This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the highly sought-after Tech Terrace neighborhood is the perfect base for all things Texas Tech. Fully renovated and thoughtfully designed, this space combines modern comfort with a convenient location to make your stay in Lubbock seamless and enjoyable.

INSIDE THE HOME

Bedrooms: Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen-sized beds, nightstands with bedside lamps, and ample storage, including closets and dressers.

Living Room: Relax on the cozy sofa while enjoying the 65" smart TV. Please use your own streaming logins. The sofa can also accommodate one extra guest—let us know in advance, and we'll provide additional bedding.

Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, pots, pans, and utensils—everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. The dining area seats six, with additional seating for four at the bar.

Bathrooms: Each bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, vanities, and plenty of towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES

The fenced backyard is perfect for pets or enjoying a bit of fresh air.

Guest Access & Interaction

Entry is hassle-free with a keypad code provided three days before your stay. Please lock the door using the keypad only, not the bottom lock.

Property was ok for the price we paid I guess. It is directly on a very busy road so lots of noise. Definitely needs a new cleaning crew as the walls and baseboards were very dirty in spots and the bathtub still was dirty from previous visitors.

Last minute trip for Texas Cross Country Regional Competition. Needed a 2 bed 2 bath space for a family frend joining us plus our dog. Perfect location & layout for what we needed and fenced in yard for our dog. Next to a busy street but surprisingly no distracting/annoying street noise inside the house.

This house is in a good location. The management company was very communicative. The house was very clean. The layout of the house is great for family and friends to hang out. The two bedroom are on opposite side of the house from one another. We have stayed at this house twice now and would stay again.

Our stay was very nice, and we enjoyed our time in your home while visiting our sons. Overall, the house was clean, though a deeper cleaning in a few areas would make it even more comfortable. We slept well, and it was helpful having extra pillows available, though additional pillowcases would have been great. We also found that there weren’t quite enough washcloths for our stay.There are a few small touches that could enhance the overall comfort of the home, but none of these took away from our experience. We would happily recommend your property. Thank you for hosting us!

Spacious updated clean house!

The check-in process was amazingly easy. The property owner was very communicative and the house is nicely updated plenty of room. I love how it has bedroom and bath on each side with common areas in the middle. The fence could probably could use a little bit of work but other than that, I think the property is great.
