Casa em Itamambuca

A casa é muito boa. Mas tinha vazamento no teto. A geladeira principal estava com. defeito. A sauna e os ambientes não estavam muito limpos e precisamos dar uma boa faxina. A responsabilidade e retirar o lixo diário e levá-lo ate uma caçamba na estrada é bem inconveniente, pelo alto preço que pagamos. Havia uma obra na casa ao lado e o barulho foi bem chato. Outro problema é que por protocolo de biosegurança os proprietários deveriam dar um intervalo de 24 h entre uma locação e outra. O que não ocorreu. A casa é bem localizada e equipada, mas pela proximidade da mata, tinha muito mosquito. Os proprietários foram bem solicitos e prestaram as informacões necessárias.
