Welcome to our beautiful, newly refreshed home—where comfort, convenience, and intentional design come together.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils you’ll need to cook and dine in. Featuring updated quartz countertops, modern appliances, and a dedicated coffee bar, it’s the perfect place to start your morning or gather for meals.

Bedrooms:
This home features four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, with the master suite downstairs and three additional bedrooms upstairs, including a Murphy sofa bed that pulls out into a queen-size mattress. Every room includes a smart TV, blackout shades for restful sleep, and high-quality sheets paired with comfortable mattresses. Two bedrooms offer king-sized beds, while the remaining two feature queen beds—ideal for families or groups. The master bedroom includes a spacious walk-in closet, and all other rooms have standard closets with plenty of hangers.

Entertainment & Comfort:
Stay connected with ultra-fast 600 Mbps Wi-Fi and unwind in the spacious upstairs bonus room, complete with two cozy couches and a large TV for all your streaming needs. The blue couch pulls out into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping space.
The downstairs living area has been completely refreshed with new flooring and furnishings, creating a clean, modern, and welcoming space to relax. Board games, card games, and poker chips are also provided for added entertainment.

The master bathroom features dual vanity sinks, a sleek tile shower, and elegant quartz countertops. The home also includes a half bath downstairs and a full bath upstairs with dual vanities. We provide essential amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, and other basics to help you feel at home.

Laundry & Climate Control:
You can enjoy full access to the laundry room with laundry pods provided. The home is equipped with a dual-zone heating and air conditioning system for optimal comfort on both floors, along with ceiling fans in the master bedroom, upstairs, and the living room. An additional plug-in fan is available in the upstairs hallway closet.

Great stop-over on our way south. We were able to enjoy the bike trails at the Military Reserve and at Ada/Eagle. Loved the trails, views and friendliness of all the trails users.

Great place with everything you need for a decent sized group! Owners were very responsive and quick to answer any questions during the entire stay. Within a mile were pizza, Mexican, Pho, yogurt, supermarkets, etc. all the rooms were great and they provided soap for washing dishes and clothes. No complaints at all. I would highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay at this spacious home in Meridian! It's in a nice, quiet location and was perfect for our friends and family. Plenty of room to spread out and relax.A couple of minor downsides—there were no standard washcloths, only makeup towels, and the home wasn’t very well-stocked with basic supplies like dishwasher detergent or laundry soap.That said, the overall experience was very positive, and we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

We loved our stay! Matt was such a great host and easy to get ahold of. The house is SO gorgeous. The location was in the middle of everything. Everywhere we needed to go was less than 10 mins away. The house was super clean and still smells like a brand new home. I look forward to coming back and staying here again.

This property was exactly what we needed and in a great location for our purpose in being in Meridian. We were 4 75 year old men who were in Idaho to visit another a friend. The unit is clean, well furnished and comfortable. The four bedrooms were big with wonderfully comfortable beds. The bathroom upstairs and bathroom half bathroom downstairs provided all we needed. The kitchen was up-to-date and well stocked. The livingroom and dining room were perfect for gathering, and the additional living area upstairs was an added bonus, as it allowed us to split up, at times. TV's in every room and they all worked very well. The heating/air conditioning system is very effective and easy to use. All in all, it was a great place to stay in very nice area, and we plan to make use of it again, upon our next visit. Communication with Matt and Anastasha was excellent. A great visit for all of us.

Clean and comfortable

The house is clean and comfortable. We had 6 adults and where not crowded at all. The kitchen had the basic necessities, we only made breakfast there but it had what we needed. We will potentially rent again depending on our Boise family functions
