Great Place

It was a great location and nice building with amenities such as pool and gym. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The only thing I can say that can improve is the check in process, but it really wasn’t too much of an issue. I would suggest the host should make contact with renter at least the day before with check in instructions, so that all that needs to be done the day of arrival is to give the access code to the apartment and building app. You have to send pictures of Drivers license, vehicle information to register your car(s) at the building so they don’t tow, and download the app Gatewise, which is the building key. Trying to do all that while packing, getting my child ready, and driving was a lot. It’s a simple fix though so hopefully the host will take my advice. Also make sure if you leave the building always take your phone with you because it is basically your key to access everything in the building. I got locked out the building when I went to put some things in my car. I could not get back in because I left my phone and couldn’t call for someone to open the door. Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely stay again.
