L'appartement est situé dans un magnifique palais de 1886.
Il y a une grande cour intérieure avec de nombreuses belles plantes. Le palais est trÚs calme.
L'appartement est trĂšs grand (70 m2) et confortable.
L'entrĂ©e s'ouvre sur un salon trĂšs spacieux (26 m2). C'est une piĂšce trĂšs ensoleillĂ©e avec 2 fenĂȘtres. Il y a une table pour 5 personnes, une TV LCD 40 "avec NETFLIX, PRIME VIDEO, GOOGLE CHROME, SPOTIFY et autres applis, un lit double canapĂ© et un canapĂ©.
Du salon un couloir vous amĂšnera aux autres piĂšces.
Au bout du couloir, il y a la chambre Ă  coucher.
C'est une chambre trÚs confortable et élégante. Il est ensoleillé et spacieux (26 m2). Il y a un lit double avec un matelas anallergique, un autre téléviseur 40 "et une grande armoire. Cette chambre dispose également d'un canapé-lit pour une 5Úme personne.
L'appartement dispose également d'une cuisine entiÚrement meublée et équipée.
Il y a un réfrigérateur, un congélateur, une cuisiniÚre à gaz, un owen, une cafetiÚre italienne, une machine à café avec capsule (nous fournissons la meilleure capsule pour un expresso italien original) et tous les ustensiles de cuisine.
La salle de bain est trÚs confortable, elle a une baignoire. L'eau chaude est illimitée.

L'appartement est fourni avec climatisation, WiFi gratuit et systĂšme de chauffage.
Les serviettes et les lignes sont incluses dans le prix.

Les nettoyages finaux sont inclus dans le prix.

Nous pouvons organiser pour vous un SERVICE DE NAVETTE de et vers l'aéroport. Un chauffeur professionnel vous attendra à la sortie de la consigne à bagages et vous conduira directement à l'appartement.

Parfait pour un séjour à Rome

Appartement confortable et bien situĂ©, prĂšs d'une station de mĂ©tro et d'un arrĂȘt du tram. À quelques pas de la place Vittorio-Emanuele, au coeur d'un quartier en pleine Ă©volution.Lors de notre sĂ©jour de deux semaines nous avons pu en faire notre chez-nous.

TrÚs bien situé pour visiter Rome

Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la localisation de l'appartement Ă  15 minutes Ă  pieds de la gare Tramini. Pratique pour arriver ou partir de la ville. Nous avons trouvĂ© une Ă©picerie trĂšs proche et un magnifique parc tout prĂšs. Appartement trĂšs bien, piĂšce spacieuse et bien Ă©quipĂ©. TrĂšs bon lit. Wifi pourrait ĂȘtre plus performant. Cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©. Appartement trĂšs silencieux.

The place was clean and spacious. Had no difficulty contacting the host. 20 to 30 min walk to coliseum and other sites. Short walk to trenitalia. Overall experience was very good.

Nice apartment but away from the main Rome attractions, with homeless folks nearby. Shower not usable with unstable hot water and very narrow tub.

This property is quite nice, very large and updated and our hosts were great. I left my tablet when we checked out and the hosts worked very hard to try to get it back to me.We chose this location because it's within walking distance to a lot of the attractions. There are some good restaurants close by. We did however find the apartment not as advertised is some respects. The profile states there is a washer and dryer but there is only a washer and the dryer is a clothesline out a window. The tub/shower is very small, the automatic coffee maker did not work.Overall the property is good, just keep in mind you may want to ask specific questions prior to booking.

Un merveilleux séjour dans un appartement impeccable.

L'appartement est trÚs bien situé, avec plein de petits restaurants et supermarchés pas loin. Il est trÚs propre, trÚs vaste et calme, le lit est confortable, la tv est un plus pour se reposer aprÚs le périple de la journée. L'arrivée a été trÚs facile et la communication a toujours été parfaite, depuis la réservation jusqu'au départ. Merci pour tout !Non loin de l'appartement il faut aller se promener dans le parc du Celio qui est merveilleux et aller admirer la mystérieuse porte magique de la piazza Vittore Emmanuele.

Beautiful apartment and wonderfully furnished. Close to metro stop and groceries. Managers were awesome! Communication was prompt and professional. They provided a full tour and instructions of the apartment. We will definitely stay here again!

Great property for Roma. Bed super comfy, facilities excellent. About 20 min walk to Colosseum close to Train line. We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of different restaurant s around not just Italian so that was a nice change

This is a lovely, clean apartment close to the metro and Rome termini train station. Check in was easy and the owner gave us personal instructions and was easy to reach. We had a wonderful stay!

Large apartment — quiet and comfortable retreat

After roaming Rome, we looked forward to returning to this apartment. The rooms are spacious and well arranged for lounging, reading, snacking and sleeping. Excellent air conditioning units cool down and keep the large rooms cool (we were there in July). Nearby are good restaurants and the Termini train station and metro stations are within easy walks.

A Lovely Stay in a community of Rome

We had a great experience in this apartment. The apartment had all the amenities that one would require as well as a little washing machine for laundry. The bedroom was very spacious with many areas to keep one's belongings in an orderly way. The bed was very comfortable! The apartment was very quiet and very secure as it is locked from the street. We found the apartment to be well situated in that it was close to grocery stores, close to the metro line, tram line as well as the main train and bus termini. We very much enjoyed one of the oldest and most delicious gelato places in the city just around the corner too! The owners of this property were especially easy to communicate with. They were very prompt with any replies to messages and were very welcoming and helpful. In fact, they arranged our transportation from the airport to the property and met us there to go over the apartment and the particulars about the workings of everything in the apartment. They also arranged our transportation back to the airport at the end of our stay and helped us at check out. They were very much appreciated! We would highly recommend this property for a really enjoyable stay.

9 Days in Rome

The apartment is very quiet, clean and comfortable. You can everything buy in a circle of 300m. Visit the mercato nuovo di esquilino early in the morning. If you stay longer in Rome, book a trip to Tivoli from home. If you go to the Vatikan museums, have lunch at the bistro, not at the self service. The communication with Rosaria an Angelo (the owners) was perfect. Somewhere you can read, that the area near station Termini is a little bit difficult. But that is not the truth. By night you should not go to station, but near the apartment is eveything safe, and everytime are policeman on Piazza Vittorio Emanuele.

Spacious 3rd floor apartment. Clean and quiet. Nicely equipped with some extras for an extended stay. Close to the best gelato and several good restaurants. Host was very helpful with recommendations and booking an airport shuttle for us. Would definitely recommend!

I have started renting holiday apartments on 2000 when Rome and the Pope Giovanni Paolo II welcome the Giubileum
At that time I had just one apartment.
The idea was to give my guests an entire apartment with all the conforts at a price more convenient than an hotel room.
It has been a success! Guests loved this type of accomodation: having an own kitchen, a washing machine and all the confort of their own home
I met a lot of people from all over the word and I really ejoyed it.
A lot of time has passed since that days and my passion for this work has grown day by day.
The experience accumulated in all these years alows me to offer my guests an unforgettable holiday with a big attention to details
This new apartment is a gem in the historical center of Rome. Entirely restaurated in order to offer a comfortable and pleasant stay!
