This spacious Pueblo Style home features a stunning rotunda entrance, relaxing spa-like backyard with golf putt, areas to enjoy under the moonlight. Inside, an open living concept and a primary suite with a garden tub and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms share a convenient Jack & Jill bath. Ideally located near downtown, with easy freeway access, close to the Balloon Fiesta, wineries, golf courses, and a short drive to Santa Fe. This home is the perfect getaway retreat!

ADDITIONAL RULES: QUIET HOURS:
9:00 PM- 8:00 AM

Please respect the quiet hours from 9:00PM to 8:00 AM. My neighbors will notify me immediately if there are any parties or violations, and if that happens, you will be required to leave without a refund.

LOCAL RESIDENTS - Locals MUST contact me prior to booking. Driver License will be required to complete your booking.

No Smoking! NO PARTIES!!
ASK for details and fees on small gatherings. Small, quiet gatherings/celebration may be permitted with prior approval.- WITH PRIOR APPROVAL, please make sure you disclose a head.

Excessive noise will not be tolerated- metering device on sight.
Please keep the thermostat above 66 °F and at 74°F at Check Out.
Hot tub is not available during winter months.
When checking out, please leave the garage door remote on the kitchen counter.
A $250.00 fee per remote will be charged if it is missing.

We had an amazing stay. The house was perfect and in a great location. We were close enough to family that we could visit but still go home in the evenings to relax. It was centrally located to stores and restaurants. The house was adorable with enough space that we weren’t on top of each otherand the owner was very responsive. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to visit family.

This property has everything you can imagine for your stay. The host was the sweetest and provided so much for our kids. As a mom, this is absolutely amazing! She pays attention to detail and it shows within the home. We loved the backyard area and the hot tub was clean! Communication with the host was perfect!

The property was exceptionally clean and well kept. Very comfortable and inviting the backyard was very relaxing and clean. The house has pretty much everything that you need and we enjoyed our stay very much! The neighborhood is really tight. Houses are on top of each other so when you are in the backyard, people next-door can look out their window and see you. Some of the neighbors have junk all over their yards, but were overall friendly
