The apartment was very clean, and free of clutter. Everything that we needed for a weekend stay was provided. I did not have to communicate with the host during my stay. We stayed in October; the weather did not permit using the pool facility.

Guest booked for 4 adults and 1 children but ended having 10 people drinking, smoking, and party in and out the apartment. Called him to follow rules and stop that behavior. They left the apartment clean but I discovered that someone peed in one of the drawers! I had to claim for damages to get it cleaned properly. I will never rent him again! I suggest to avoid this guest!
