Ever amenity was as described in the listing. The property is large and very secluded, surrounded on all sides by trees. The cottage is clean and comfortable with air conditioning and a huge TV. Also heating thermostats in each bedroom. The cottage has pretty much any item you could imagine. There was even a bucket of sand toys that our 7-year old son brought to the beach. We played the board games as well. The beach itself is fantastic. It's very sandy with a gradual drop-off with relatively few sharp shells and rocks compared to some other beaches in the area. The host Nancy is easy to reach and very responsive. We'll try to stay next summer again if this place is available.
