The house was just as the pictures described. Rooms were clean and inviting. The kitchen had all necessities including a washer/dryer. The included parking was a bonus as street parking seemed to be always full. We enjoyed our stay here.

This was a cute little place, perfect for what I was expecting. The wifi is horrible though, the plumbing needs attention. The first night I clogged after 3 flushes and the same thing g the next day. Other then that, it was a nice place. The bed is super comfy and the surround sound speaker was awsome. Wish it had a BBQ too.

Great place

The home was clean, lovely, updated, well decorated and thoughtfully stocked (we loved the cozy blankets). We had a little trouble finding the unit door until a kind neighbor helped us realized we needed to slide a large door to the side to get to the property. There was train sound at night, but we slept well with ear plugs.

Clean and Convenient

This unit was convenient for our visit with family in SoCal. Communication with owner was very good and the place was very clean. I would recommend that a few items be added to the kitchen: cutting board, baking dish and a large bowl would have been very helpful.

Simple and clean!

In town to visit my son who stays in Upland. This little unit was conveniently located to him but also surrounding towns and areas we had planned to visit or eat at. We were able to fit two compact cars in the enclosed property with private entrance to the unit which made us feel safe and secure. The unit itself is very clean and comfortable. The only downside might be the bedding, sheets could use some upgrading and the train running all night would wake me. I would fall back to sleep right away but it really was all night and morning. We will definitely stay here again when we return to visit.

The host was very friendly and available as needed. The space was clean and looks just like the pictures. Only 1 TV in the living room. Parking can be tricky if you have a large vehicle, otherwise it is best to park on the street. The area is questionable. Liquor store directly across the street and had groups of guys lingering most of the day/night. I would say this is a decent place for a quick overnight stay - but not ideal for a family or small children or extended stay.
