Welcome to your Southern California home away from home! This spacious single-family house features 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. With an open-concept layout, fully equipped kitchen, and generous living space, there’s plenty of room to gather and relax. The true highlight? Step into the private backyard oasis, perfect for soaking up the sun or winding down in the evening. Take a dip in the pool, unwind in the spa, or zip down the water slide for some family fun. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Return pool/recreation items to their proper place

Log out of your streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) & make sure all remotes are back in their “homes”

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

- Observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. - Entry to the greenhouse on the back of the property is prohibited.

-Pool service occurs on Monday and Wednesday AM. Lawn service on Wednesday AM.

-Trash collection occurs on Monday AM. Bins to be set out on Sunday night.

This is an amazing property that is as nice or nicer than it appears in the photos. Great outdoor space with tiki bar/ grilling area, ping pong, cornhole, basketball hoop. The house is a lot nicer than the others in the surrounding neighborhood so not a great choice if you care about that, but it’s a very convenient location if you want to be close to Ontario airport, Claremont , etc. Only real disappointment was the pool spa and heater weren’t working , which they did let us know in advance. We had a few issues while there, but the property management was highly responsive through VRBO. We didn’t bring our dog but if we had he would have loved the yard.
