The house and host were great. The only thing that caught us by surprise was the lack of tvs in the house.

Host was very quick in response. Property is perfect for our little family. Property is very clean and charming. They had a few extra amenities that my family enjoyed. Only thing that surprised my family was there wasn't any tvs in the place which after a trip to Walmart forced the kids to play board games. They do have some games here just not a big selection. We would definitely rent this again.

The house was spotless; furniture and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if we’re in the area. One thing to note, though, there is no TV.

4 adult female friends catching up for a few days. We each had our own private sleeping area, 2 bathrooms and several communal areas to spend time together. Just a lovely clean home. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was great. It was so much bigger than you might expect. It had a Keurig.To my surprise. I had brought instant because I didn’t want to make a whole pot of coffee. I was the only one of us that drank it. The area was quite at night and a safe area It was close to the bridges over the Ohio river, which went into maysville where we visited our friends. Hope to use it again when we visit again

The house was perfect for our group. Very clean and plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The only con was the frame on the bunk bed sits on the floor and seems to be broken. Every time you move it creaks and being so low to the floor makes it hard to get out of the bed. Also one of the members of the group was surprised that there was not a TV. We went into town and had dinner at the Boat Club. Food was good and we had a great view of the river and a beautiful sunset! Would definitely recommend the place and would definitely stay here again.
