A stainless steel kitchen backsplash. Granite countertops, Dishwasher. Clothes washer and dryer and central HVAC. Located in the center of Maysville’s Entertainment Destination Center.

    Everything was in order. Great neighbors. Had a blast When I did get to make it down to the Bar. I had a Dual truck four door and was able to park pretty easy every night.Thanks for a great place to stay. Will for sure be looking to book in the future to come.

    Nice apartment and well located to downtown. Have to warn you you’re in the third floor with that many stairs to climb. I’m handicapped so it was a journey. Sat night bar noise is also a downfall. Address listed in listing is wrong, not third street but market st. Few minor things that need repaired but I thought overall nice place to stay.

    Great location…..just a little smokey

    The location is great, close to downtown. The apartment is above a bar so beware if you need a goodnight sleep because it can get loud with the bar patrons just below you but after 2:00am it gets super quiet as all the drunks have went home for the night. Larry(host) was super responsive and helpful. The apartment was a little Smokey smelling even though no smoking was allowed. Seems the smoke from the bar kinda creeps in, so beware if you have smoke allergies. With all that being said the Murphy bed was super super comfortable. Would stay again for the comfort of the bed alone.
