We are located right in the heart of downtown Maysville, KY on the Ohio River with walking distance to local shops, restaurants and entertainment.



There is free street parking available as well as one small private parking space behind the house. This is accessible around the corner between the last row house and the Cox building.

Sarah is a fantastic host!! She responded almost immediately anytime I reached out to her. The historic house is beautifully decorated and has lots of charm. Very comfy too. Sarah has thought of everything when it comes to provisions. Very impressive. We are planning a return trip in the warmer months .

We were overly impressed by this property and the location. The house was emasculate and had such great character in every room. Check in and communication with the property own were top notch. The main areas in the town are all within short walking distance of the home. We will definitely look for this home again next year when we come back to Maysville. We won Oktoberfest king 2025 so we’ll definitely be back!

Gorgeous home located steps away from Maysville night life. Ample parking and the neighborhood felt safe. The kitchen was huge and had everything you would need. I only wish I could have actually had time to use it. Plenty of bathrooms, all updated and nicely decorated. The host sent all the instructions for checking in and out before I arrived, which made the process a breeze. I will definitely be staying here again.
