The primary guest responsible for the reservation must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of the hosts on a case-by-case basis.
Local bookings—defined as guests residing in the same city or county as the property—are allowed; however, guests must provide justification for their stay, and approval is at the discretion of the hosts.
Please be aware that guests staying for 30 days or longer are considered legal tenants per the laws of New York State. In some cases, the host may conduct additional screening and/or request the guest to sign a lease.
The host reserves the right to have the guest cancel with Airbnb, with no financial cost or repercussion to the hosts, in the event guests fail to comply.
**HOUSE RULES:**
- The attic and downstairs apartment/porch are off limits
