- No Parties or Events:
Parties or gatherings are not allowed. A $500 fine and possible cancellation apply.

- Quiet Hours:
10:00 PM 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Excessive noise may result in eviction.

- Occupancy:
Maximum of 6 guests. Guests beyond 4 are charged $65/night each. Undeclared guests will be asked to leave.

- Parking:
Park only in designated areas. We are not responsible for vehicle loss or damage.

- No Smoking:
Smoking inside the home is prohibited. A $1,000 fee applies.

- Damages & Security:
Guests are responsible for any damages. Security dispatch incurs a $200 fee; repeated issues may lead to eviction.

- Cleaning:
Please clean up after yourself. Excessive mess: $300 fee. Unwashed dishes: $20 fee.

- Pets (Dogs Only):
Up to 2 dogs allowed with prior approval. With a fee of $99 per pet per stay. Pets must be crated if left alone and cleaned up after. Strictly: Don't let your pets poo anywhere the property. We will require additional cleaning fee for that.

- Trash: Please bag and dispose of trash properly.
