In 2021, we completed an update of the living room furniture, bedding, andother furnishings toensure guest comfort.
Its stately gated entrance gives way to a grand boulevard lined with trees, flowers and waterfalls leading to the home and its lakefront views. With achef's ready granite and stainless kitchen and spa-like 2 headed walk-in shower with bench seating, we think you'll agree that 'Paradise Found' has everything you'll need for the perfect trip to Naples.
Imagine the sun climbing over the palm trees and glistening off the lake as you sip your morning coffee on the expansive rear lanai. A 20 foot high fountain provides a soothing backdrop to the view of the private island complete with its own coconut, banana and bird of paradise vegetation. The island's lush foliage provides great shade for a late afternoon snack or glass of wine.

Back at 'Paradise Found' you will enjoy a ground level (no step!)2 BR / 2 BA 1351 sq ft under air with front (79 sq ft) and rear lanais (165 sq. ft) giving this end-unit villa lots of light and an airy feel. The unit has 2 BR / 2 BA. The master BR is a King Bedroom and offers an oversize walk in shower with grab bars, a stone bench, and 2 spa like rain shower heads. The guest BR can be configured as 2 twins or a king based on your preference. The guest bath includes a walk in shower with grab bar and sliding glass doors.
We provide 4 beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels for your use along with 2 bicycles. We're happy to share our tips and recommendations in a booklet we'll leave for your reference. We're confident you'll love Naples as much as we do!

The accommodation was as described, in excellent condition. Everything needed was provided, including bikes, beach umbrellas and chairs, cool box,and beach towels. There is a very attractive outlook to the lake and island, and we enjoyed seeing the variety of birds from our lanai. We found Matt to be very helpful, and we would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone. Falling Waters was very well kept and we particularly appreciated the swimming pool which was very large and very well maintained. Falling Waters is well situated for travelling to Naples, where we enjoyed the beach, pier and the trolley ride(particularly with Wayne, a very well informed driver/guide). Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, the Oasis Centre and the Double R's Fishing and Tour Company gave a really interesting opportunity to see manatees, alligators, and other wildlife. We enjoyed the beach at the Delnor-Wiggins State Park, and the variety of birds around the Eagle Lakes Community Park. We hope to return

Perfect condo in a great community

We just spent the month of November 2016 at Matt's condo and we loved every minute! The condo is very nicely finished and decorated. The whole condo has been renovated recently by the look of the kitchen and bathrooms. Stainless appliances, granite countertops and beautiful showers. The beds were great, the kitchen is very well stocked, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We made most of our meals, including Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed. The back lanai is wonderful for reading and relaxing with a view of the lake and the fountain. We used it every day! The pool at Falling Waters is fantastic- huge, with lots of chairs and tables for relaxing. Matt's condo also includes a couple of nice bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrella, tennis rackets, pool noodles and more. There's even a carport to keep your car out of the sun. We highly recommend Paradise Found! Book with confidence. You won't regret it!

We were home

Upon arriving at the property check-in was easy. Upon arriving at the property we felt as if we were home. It was clean and ready for our stay. Sitting on the back lanai looking at the lagoon with the fountain, we were able to relax. The pool was wonderful. Warm and salt water at its best. We can not thank Matt enough for everything.

You will find anything you need and almost all the items are in a good condition. If we would come once more to Naples, we would reserve this condo once more. (Again) we had a great stay at this property at falling waters Naples fl. The contact with property owner Matt is really good. He always replies e-mails very quickly, is helpfull and keeps up contact before and during our stay. The property is very nice located, very clean and well equiped with all you need during your stay, cooking, laundry room, wifi, tv... You can easily stay in this condo with 4 persons, as there are 2 bed and 2 bathrooms. There is a garage with some bikes, beach equipment (beachtowels included in condo) and a parking falicities for your car. The location of falling water is also very good, 10 min drive to downtown old Naples, 15 to nearest beach and 5 min to nearest sypermarked. Falling waters is a relax and quiet resort, very well maintained and there is a very large pool area. Thank you for letting us stay Matt, hopefully we can come back next year !!!

Exceptional property

We totally enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. The location is great - close to I 75 and an easy ride to downtown Naples. The condo was immaculate and visually appealing. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes, pots and pans and utensils and the appliances are upscale and modern. The master bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable king bed and the adjoining bathroom has a great walkin shower with dual sinks. The lanai is a special treat - a peaceful and relaxing place with a beautiful fountain to add to your enjoyment. Matt was available and very responsive for any issues. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning next January!

Another great stay

We stayed originally in October 2014 for 28 days and enjoyed it so much we returned for the whole of October 2016. Nothing had changed-the accommodation was very comfortable and well appointed. Everything worked well and we had no problems whatsoever. Matt was very easy to deal with and all the arrangements were simple and effective. Falling Waters is very well maintained and the swimming pool magnificant. The location is ideal for Naples. Anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in perfect surroundings need look no further than Paradise Found.

We stayed for the second time in Falling Waters in a condo of Matt. Paradise Found is really a lovely house. Every year that we come to Naples, it feels like coming home and staying in the condos of Matt and his family makes it even more home. Everything that is described on the website is true, so lovely decorated, fully equipped. Everything you need is there. Naples is a very beautiful place to spend your holiday. The beach is gorgeous, the pier is great for fishing and watching the dolphins swim around. Naples is also a good place from where to do excursions and activities. Contact with the owner is good, he responds directly. He is there when you need him. So Matt and family thank you very much for giving us the opportunity to stay in your condo again and like we said last year we defenitely come back!! Best Regards, Dennis and Melanie

Superschöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft schön. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man für einen Strandurlaub benötigt. Die Anlage ist wunderschön angelegt und der Pool sehr groß. Wenn man die Ruhe liebt einfach perfekt. Der Weg mit dem Auto zum Strand beträgt ca. 10 Minuten. Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe genügend vorhanden. Allerdings ist man ohne Auto aufgeschmissen. Alles in allem für uns der perfekte Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Der Kontakt zu Matt war super. Er hat immer sofort geantwortet.

A pleasant stay

It was a pleasant stay in this appartment. It was clean, and everything you needed (and more) was available, like an outdoor kitchen, tv, phone, internet, beach accessoiries, parking garage. The appartment was bigger then expected, larger then on the pictures. It has been decorated and funished nicely. Falling Waters is a very nice comunity, very well maintained, a huge nice pool and friendly people. It's located 10 min drive from naples old town and 15 away from naples beach (pier). The owner is very helpfull and react quickly at emails. We ll be back next year. Thank you

Pictures of the condo did not do it justice. Furniture, appliances as well as fully tiled floors were all new and modern. Condo was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Matt could not have been more helpful. His tips on points of interest in Naples was spot on. Grounds and pool in falling waters were fantastic. Would highly recommend this condo in in this community. The owners of Paradise Found (Vincent, Ruth and their son Matt) grew up in Northern NJ and always dreamed about having a place somewhere warm. After Vincent and Ruth rented for 5 seasons in Falling Waters, they decided to purchase a home with their son Matt and made Falling Waters their home away from home.

They bought Paradise Found in April 2012 and spent 5 months stripping it back to the walls and renovating the home to create your perfect vacation spot. It's a great combination of comfort, style, simplicity and serenity. Vincent and Ruth are glad the 4 years of tuition payments to the University of Virginia were finally turning into something FUN! If it weren't for HGTV, Vinny and Ruth don't think they would have ever had the courage to do a 100% renovation project! Thanks HGTV!

Matt has owned another property on the Outer Banks of North Carolina for 18 years and has put all that he's learned from managing that property into helping future guests of Paradise Found create memories that will last a lifetime. What makes this property unique

This property overlooks a lake with two fountains and its own private island. The fountain lulls you to sleep with its soothing sounds from 830 AM to 1100PM. After dark, its lights provide a beautiful back drop. The island is a short 2 minute walk from your lanai and it truly feels like the places we experienced on our 40th wedding anniversary trip to Maui several years ago. All sorts of fruit, coconuts, and tropical foliage abound. Several seating areas allow for a peaceful respite to read, enjoy a glass of wine or just relax. And if you are in luck, the wind just might blow the fountain's cool mist on a warm winter afternoon to cool you.
