Apartment is on the 17th floor of a landmark building Downtown Jacksonville. Queen size bed + 1 futon are available for sleeping arrangements. 55" TV is set up with Chrome Cast for easy access to all major streaming apps where you can sign in to your account or cast it from your cell phone.

In the building, guests can access the laundry and entertainment area which includes a pool table. Both located on the first floor of the building.
