Consider this house your home away from home, while you visit the sleepy little town of Bainbridge, Ga. This fantastic property boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The spacious kitchen has a double wall oven, an electric cooktop, a large refrigerator/freezer, and a dishwasher. Enjoy the convenience of a full-size washing machine and dryer. The house is located directly on the beautiful Flint River and has a 2 story dock with a large upper sundeck for tanning or just relaxing, with your favorite beverage. The lower dock is great for relaxing, fishing, mooring your fishing boat, ski boat, or jet ski. This stretch of the river is excellent for fishing and all types of water sports. There's a public boat ramp about a mile down the road and plenty of parking in the home's large yard, for your boat trailer. Downtown Bainbridge is only a short 8-mile drive. You will find excellent dining and shopping (Publix, Walmart, Home Depot). Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer.
