Regarding the outdoor lighting, we'd like to clarify that the main entrance lights are set to operate from dusk to dawn automatically. If the switch was manually turned off, the lights would not function as intended — we’ll make sure clearer instructions are available for future guests. Additionally, there are motion sensor lights installed in both the front yard and backyard to enhance visibility and safety at night. In terms of entertainment, we do have a TV in the living room exactly as advertised on the listing. We also offer a large, retractable projector screen in the main area to provide an upgraded viewing experience.
