Regarding the hot tub, we wish we had known upon your arrival so our maintenance team could have come by immediately to clear out the sand for you! As for the ants, this was never reported to us during your stay, so we unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to send our pest control team out to take care of it for you right away. You reached out to us after your first night detailing these cleanliness and comfort issues, but informed us at that same time that you were already checking out and leaving the property. This did not grant us time to inspect and validate the reported issues. While we are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, please rest assured that the new washer/dryer was already installed and did thorough cleaning of the bonus room mentioned as well as the windows.
