The Main Barndo plus 8-Bungalow combo package sleeps up to 36 people total and includes 8 of our luxurious & well-appointed private Bungalows PLUS the massive Main Barndo, all priced into one easy bookable package for minimum 2-night stays (excludes Bungalow 6 & owner storage).

In addition to the private patios for the 8 included Bungalows and the outdoor Community spaces, the deluxe Main Barndo provides that perfect extra gathering, cooking and entertaining space that some desire during Reunions, Retreats, Wedding Party stays or any other type of group getaway! This package allows your group to all be together at one property under one roof, yet still have some privacy within the individual Bungalows too. The Main Barndo offers TONS of space & features including a Full Kitchen with cookware & dishware, 2nd butler kitchen with barware, 2 living rooms, 4 Smart TV's, 4-person eating island, 8-person dining table, 5-person TV bar, fun Neon signs PLUS the Cool Upstairs Hayloft that offers a 2nd full Bathroom, 1 King Bedroom, 1 Queen Bed Loft/Office, 3 adorable Queen Bed Nooks & extra hang-out space! The Main Barndo also sleeps up to 10 while the 8 Bungalows sleep up to 26 for a total package capacity of 36 people max at any time during group stays!

Barndo Bungalows is a cute new boutique hotel comprised of 9 well-appointed Bungalow Suites plus the deluxe Main Barndo. Each of the 9 adorable Bungalows is 100% independent and has it's own unique vibe. Each comes complete with a private furnished patio, keyless entry, kitchenette with full-sized fridge/freezer, utensils, dining table, smart TV, air-fryer micro, full bath, serene countryside views & more.

Complimentary Community features include WiFi, wood-fired firepit, covered TV lounge/hangout area, propane Blackstone griddle, cornhole & other games, overflow parking options plus complimentary use of the guest laundry room (detergent & supplies provided). We do offer one accessible unit with dedicated van-accessible parking spot, wheelchair access, grab bars, ADA shower and other accessible interior features.

Barndo Bungalows was fabulous. From the moment we arrived until we left every aspect of the stay was first class. The Bungalows offered each group privacy while the Barndo and patio area were perfect for everyone to gather, relax and enjoy time together. Honestly I don't have the words to describe how fabulous it was. Five stars doesn't do justice to the facility or the Reeds.

Unless you need help or assistance with something, you will rarely see us as Bungalow 6 is on the back side of the building near the guest laundry room. We look forward to your visit! Why they chose this property

We are located on beautiful countryside acreage just outside Granbury, Texas in "The Cutting Horse Capital of the World". Plus we are only minutes to cute little Granbury Square, Hunter Park boat launch (Lake Granbury), Bosque Ranch Headquarters (Cutting Horse Events), Warren's Backyard (Live Music), Rio Brazos Grill (Fine Dining) and the filming locations for Yellowstone, Landman and other popular shows! Our guests appreciate that we are rural, gated and secure with keypad entry & exit for peace of mind. All designated parking stalls are long and most accommodate a truck and trailer with plenty of on-site overflow parking available for extra rigs, trailers and/or oversized vehicles.

This Main Barndo & 8-Bungalow package sleeps up to 36 people total in one building under one roof, yet still offers some semblance of privacy with the individual and well-appointed Bungalow spaces. The Main Barndo portion of the package adds that extra gathering, cooking & entertaining space that some groups desire when wanting more than what the private Bungalow patio spaces and Community spaces offer! The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, stemware and appliances. The 2nd butler kitchen is stocked with barware and glasses. This complete package creates a controlled experience for your group with no additional bookings or guests occurring at the same time. Please note: there is a separate 9-bungalow package available when the extra Main Barndo space and it's sleeping quarters are not needed/wanted as well as a new rentable pool Lounge with full kitchen & bath available as an alternative or add-on option!
