The Space:

Escape to our luxurious 1-bedroom apartment, where comfort and convenience come together in a beautiful setting with resort-style amenities. Dive into the sparkling pool, stay active in the modern gym, or treat yourself to a delightful meal at the on-site bistro. With a complimentary shuttle to Hallandale Beach, enjoy easy access to the sand, along with beach towels and two chairs for your relaxation. For those who want to explore, bike rentals are available to help you discover the lively neighborhood at your own pace. At Beachwalk Resort, your stay is more than just accommodation—it’s a chance to experience South Florida’s finest attractions.



Inside, the apartment provides a warm, welcoming environment. The living room features a cozy seating area with a TV for entertainment, and the sofa doubles as a sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations. The kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, offers everything needed to prepare delicious meals, and the adjacent dining area provides the perfect space for sharing meals and creating memories.

Guest have access to all common areas:



- Beach: a complimentary beach shuttle running every 30 minutes. If you prefer to walk, it will take 8 minutes to get to the beach.

- Valet parking fees:

1-7 days $28 + tax daily

8- 10 days $25 + tax daily

11- 19 days-$250 + tax per stay

To keep your beach experience safe and enjoyable, please review the guidelines below. The beach is located 2 minutes by complimentary shuttle or 8 minutes walking from the resort.



📍 Beach Check-In

Before settling in, please stop by the beach hut to check in with the team.

Beach service hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Chairs may be used only after check-in and not before 9:00 AM



🪑 Your Beach Setup

Each room receives:

- 2 beach chairs

- 1 umbrella

- Up to 4 towels



🍽️ Food & Beverage

For your convenience, ETARU is the exclusive provider of food and drinks on the beach. Let ETARU bring refreshment right to your chair!



🚫 Items Not Allowed on the Beach

To maintain a clean and enjoyable environment, the following are prohibited:

- Personal coolers

- Outside food

- Food delivery services (Uber Eats, etc.)

- BBQs or grills



📌 Beach Etiquette

To ensure comfort and fairness for all guests, please keep the following in mind:

- One guest per chair (Children under 12 may share a chair with an adult.)

- No sitting or placing items between chairs

- No reserving chairs — they are first come, first served

- No smoking in the chair area

- Assigned chairs only

- Towels must remain on the beach and be returned at the end of the day

- Personal beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) is not permitted on Heed Beach



The Neighborhood:

Hallandale Beach is a city on Florida's east coast, between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Palm-dotted Hollywood Beach is backed by the long Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. ArtsPark at Young Circle features an outdoor amphitheater and a striking fountain. Nearby, the Art and Culture Center of Hollywood offers contemporary exhibitions and performances. The Anne Kolb Nature Center is a reserve with mangrove trails and an aquarium.



Getting Around:

Uber, rental cars and cabs are recommended.



Hallandale beach - 0.4 miles away (10 minutes walk)

Fort Lauderdale Airport - 9,5 miles away

South Beach - 22 miles away



Other Things to Note:

Please be advised that Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate displayed on this platform.

These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation with the property.



Resort Fee (Daily Charge):

• Stays of 1 to 7 nights: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 8 to 14 nights: $25 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $20 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes



Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:

• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or

charges incurred during your stay.

• This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.



Valet Parking (Optional):

• 1 to 7 days: $28 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 8 to 10 days: $25 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 11 to 19 days: $250 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 20 to 30 days: $295 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes



Package Handling:

• $5 per package plus applicable taxes

• Packages may be collected from the package room between 9 AM - 5 PM



Complimentary: beach/pool towels and 2 beach chairs

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).



A 3% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.



*Please note that a valid government-issued identification is required upon check-in at the front desk. The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age.
