The property was very clean and we did have everything we needed in the kitchen. There were 5 of us so more towels and bath rags would have been preferable but we made it work by doing laundry daily. All appliances worked.

The only thing that was not there was a blow dryer but that was not an issue, other than that the listing was 100%, great neighborhood and close to everything.

Perfect home base for a wedding weekend

We had a fabulous stay at this home. When we first arrived, I asked if there was a tea kettle or coasters (as I wasn't finding either). The property manager had them immediately ordered and delivered! We were pleasantly surprised to find a walk-in shower in one of the bathrooms.

Excellent host

We rented this house due to its proximity to family and it met our needs well. The interior was pretty, house matched the pictures with the exception of the exterior which was unkempt. Luckily the house was super well stocked, including an outdoor broom, so it was easy enough to sweep off the deck and clean the table and use the patio. Samuel, the host, was fantastic. He was proactive and very responsive, a pleasure to work with.

We didn't stay! AND, WE HAD RESERVATIONS FROM TUESDAYJUNE 3RD THRU SATURDAY JUNE 7TH! NOT MONDAY THRU FRIDAY. The home was not clean, bad odor, rugs not clean, blinds broken, oven dirty, grill rusty, deck need pressure washing, etc. Low quality, RUDE HOST, not worth the money! Had to find other accommodations at the last minute.

Guest wanted to cancel on the day of the reservation. We have a strict no cancellation policy but we were still willing to refund everything except one night. Their whole negative review was in retaliation for not getting their way which was getting 100% refund. Like they said themselves they never stayed a single night in the house. VRBO sided with us bc our cancellation policy is very clear and guests have had very positive experiences with us.

Graduation at Hopkins

Good location for access to trains to DC, Baltimore and airport. House was very clean and tidy. A bit smaller than expected with livingroom seating really only for 4 comfortably. Beds/pillows not great, seriously lacking in drinking and wine glasses. Would prefer some kind of dressers or cubbies in bedrooms to be able to unpack. Little touches lacking like missing lightbulbs, plastic painters sheet on table instead of a tablecloth, kitchen tools damaged or excessively worn, no toilet paper holder in one of the baths, wall repairs left unpainted, etc.

The guest was very upset that we asked them not to have more than the allowed 8 guests at the house. It is not setup for 10 plus guests. The neighbors were complaining about the many cars and the noise. The house is open concept as you can see in the photos. There is a 3 seater couch along with two chairs in the living room but also a 6 seater dining table and two stools in the same vicinity. We have a fully stocked shed with replacement new supplies that guests can access if needed. Also, there are all different types of beds and several extra pillows in the closets. Plus we are very responsive and try to accommodate guests in any way we can. In this case the guest never let us know about any issues they had. Everything they needed was already there at the house.
