This beautifully decorated vacation home rental features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a game room with pool table, and a family room with big screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of room for dining in the formal dining room and the breakfast area. There are 2 master suites both with walk-in closets.

The well equipped kitchen can handle a dinner party in the formal dining room or a late night snack in the nook. A pool table is provided for additional indoor fun. High speed internet access and wireless router for access from anywhere within the property

Five nicely decorated bedrooms await your stay. Two master bedrooms with king-sized beds, one bedroom with king bed, and two other bedrooms with queen-sized beds, The family room has a fold out couch. Four bathrooms, a large laundry room with two washers and two dryers for fast laundry, compliments the interior.

Outside, the fun and relaxation continue with a large in-ground pool and spa, a covered patio with furniture and a barbecue grill. This yard is very private with no view in from any other home. There is also a large barbeque area pool side for poker or playing cards.

All linens and towels are provided. Please, no smoking in the house.

Perfect stay

The house was perfect for what we needed. Rooms were spacious, BBQ was nice, pool felt perfect temp, great location...all told, nice place for our group.

Las Vegas Bachelor Party

This location is ideal. It is so close to the strip we didn't need to hurry in the mornings to get our day going. It has enough space and a pool table which we took advantage of each day. Great stay and property owner

It is as advertised and very well maintained. The pool table is great quality as are the pots pans and other items. Everything works, this owner has this setup for a very enjoyable stay. Only downside is the pool heating, if you do it make sure you leave some serious time if the pool needs heating. Backyard is nice and pool and spa work great.

Perfect Layout and Size

Our group had 5 couples and we totally enjoyed this property. The layout was perfect, plenty of room, lots to do at the house. We were centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Jameson was great, responsive, check in and out was very easy. The furniture in the house was well worn, but that did not hinder our trip in any way or bother our group.

Super fun stay with a bunch of ladies for a bachelorette party! Plenty of rooms! Lots of games! We bought some pool noodles and left them for the next guests to enjoy! Communication with the owner was fast and friendly! Some minor bumps that were worked out quickly so no complaints here! 5/5 stars! Would definitely stay here again!
