This comfy home with a beach cottage vibe is the perfect getaway for your Pensacola vacation. (The pool can also be heated for an additional fee).

The home is located within the Tiger Point community with easy access to the Tiger Point Golf Club, open to the public. Nestled along the gentle shores of the Santa Rosa Sound, the course provides the perfect balance of recreation and challenge.

The backyard is a private oasis with a sparkling new pool and plenty of space to lounge, soak up the rays, nap under the pergola, play a game of corn hole and cook out on the BBQ grill.

Bathed in natural light, the open floor plan features a spacious living area with views looking out onto a private backyard with shimmering pool and pergola. The house includes 3 bedrooms + 2 full bathrooms and ample space to mingle or enjoy some down time.

Modern, gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances, quartz countertops, and every detail the cook in your group needs to prepare the perfect meal. The dining table and kitchen peninsula with bar stools offer different options for seating/eating, and the living room is great for playing games or watching TV. The new foosball table provides additional hours of fun for your group. The home also features a brand new high efficiency washer and dryer for your added convenience. Garage parking is also a convenient feature.

When you are ready to venture out and explore beautiful Pensacola Beach, we provide complimentary beach gear including a cooler on wheels, beach umbrella, beach chairs and beach/pool towels!

The Tiger Point Golf Club also features a restaurant, The Pointe, within walking distance from the home! The Pointe features sweeping views of the greens and is open early to late, 7 days a week with Happy Hour from 3pm-6pm.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home and the pool during their stay, including parking in the garage.
A unique front door access code will be assigned to each guest.

The Neighborhood:
Established Gulf Breeze community of single family homes in the Tiger Point golf course area, located 8 miles from Pensacola Beach.

Getting Around:
The home offers garage parking for one vehicle and parking in the driveway for 2-4 vehicles. Street parking is also plentiful.

Other Things to Note:
There is a Ring doorbell security camera at the front door.

Due to insurance liability requirements, minimum age for the reservation is 25 years old.

No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping. No parties permitted.
