The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Remove perishable items from counter and refrigerator. Take out trash from rooms, bathroom and kitchen and put in trash can located in parking lot corner. Wash utensils, dishes and plates.
Close ALL the WINDOWS AND DOORS. TURN OFF all AC units and lights. Please do not take extra batteries as they are used to charge AC controls and door lock. Leave laundry door open.
Return the keys to the LOCKBOX in the rack located in the entrance of the building. Use to code given to open and insert key, Ensure Key fob or string is tightly inserted. Close door and change code.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING. Respect quiet hours from 8pm to 8 am. Building has residents.
DO NOT throw TOILET PAPER or WOMEN’s Hygiene products in toilets. Buildng has septic system and may also damage plumbing.
DO NOT BRING people not registered into the apartment or for overnight stays. This is not the right place to party. TURN OFF ALL ACs and LIGHTS.
