Blue Surf Townhomes 11A Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey Blue Surf 11A is the perfect little beach getaway for the perfect little family. A painted message on the lavender kitchen walls reminds guests that “the secret to life is enjoying the passage of time”, and life is extra enjoyable when the mesmerizing Gulf of Mexico is practically your front yard!

Relax in the colorful bedrooms and comfortable living room and kitchen and then step out the patio doors onto the beautiful front lawn and sunny pool deck.

Time will fly by as you enjoy Destin’s warm sunshine and great entertainment.

This Destin vacation condo at Blue Surf enjoys an excellent location close to several beachfront restaurants and just down the road from the celebrated Destin Commons and several award-winning Golf Courses. However, nothing compares to being a complete beach bum and spending all your days in the soft white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

we had ground floor which was great...only 'greater' if a second story unit facing the ocean would have been available. only slight downside is lack of places to walk to, however walking to the beach is a piece of cake, right across the street, and the chair/umbrella set up each day was marvelous. The best place to eat/drink IS walkable, Pompano Joe's right across the street. Food SO GOOD we ate there 5 times. Stayed for 7 days.

Overall, this place was amazing and perfect for our family and the perimeters of our trip. You can't beat the location and everything was exactly as it was described. We were very impressed with how well equipped the house was in the kitchen and laundry areas. Also the shower was amazing with hot water and great water pressure. As nice as this place is, and it is nice, I would offer the following 2 things to be aware of:1. This is on the ground floor, so you are at the mercy and consideration of who ever is staying above you. Beware of the stompers and other loud noises.2. If you are going to use the pull out couch, I would highly recommend bringing an inflatable air mattress. It will be more comfortable than the current pull out mattress.We would definitely stay here again. You simply can't beat being directly across from the beach AND the best restaurant in the area, Pompano Joe's.

We love the Blue Surf. Stayed in 11A this time. Nice cooking utensils for those who choose to do so. Plenty of great restaurants nearby for those who don't.

Room 11A was nice and clean. The property is in a great location (right across from the beach). The back patio is facing the pool. The gift bag was a nice touch which included a few necessities. We had a great stay and would consider this property again.

Over all a great place!

Our stay was really great for the most part! Minus the fact my fiancé broke his big toe on the back door because of how it was but other than that it was a really nice place! We would still recommend this condo! We will definitely be renting from Blue Serf next year when we come back!

Stress relief on the beach

We have stayed at this location a few years ago. The property was still in excellent condition. It has a great location to access the beach with a short walk to the beach service. Our stay only had a single issue and the property manager worked to get it repaired quickly. The check in had been emailed the day before which caught us off guard. This was a change from last trip and was the only bad thing I can review as no notice was noted about the checkin process. Overall Newman-Dailey treated us very well and we will be looking forward to staying at their properties in the future.
