July 4th week

The location of this property was fantastic. The amenity of the included beach chairs and umbrella was wonderful. Being able to just walk down to the beach and not have to set anything up was great. Mark was great about fixing a few issues we had very quickly. My only suggestion would be that the condo could use a little dusting more often, but the main areas were all clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our family of 4

My kids loved the pool and we loved that we were just short walk across the street from the beach. The umbrella and chair service was a nice bonus. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. We definitely recommend staying here.

Great location!!!!

The property is in a great location. We will definitely be back to the Gulfview. Communication with property manager was great. However, our room was not ready by 4pm. The lady was very sweet and we just went to the beach while she finished. The room needs a very good deep cleaning. There was dust so thick on the ceiling fans it was sicking. There was also what look to be black mold in the closet. The pool was clean and loved that the room came with beach chairs. We did love the private beach too. Great price for the location!!!

We loved our stay in Gulfview!

We loved our stay in the Gulfview condos across from a private beach in Miramar Beach! It was a perfect location! We could see the Gulf from the balcony or living room. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our family of 5. We loved the heated outdoor pool and hot tub too! Communication was quick and helpful. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Family Vacation

We had a fantastic time on our vacation! The location to the beach and food was amazing! The condo itself had everything we needed. My only complaint is in the description it isn’t clear that the washer and dryer are in a common area and not the actual condo and that you have to pay per load to wash and dry!! It’s just something I wasn’t prepared for because I thought it was in the condo!

Great Family Stay!

This was a great property for me and my family! Right across the street from a private beach (very short walk), never crowded or felt like you were on top of other beach goers, and the biggest win of all was having beach rental chairs already set up for you when you got down there! My two daughters loved the bunk beds and enjoyed swimming at the facility's pool. Near a lot of great dining options, but also had everything you needed to cook a meal. This was a great vacation spot for my family of four!

Great stay at this property for a party of 2. Love the location with beach access right across the street, beach chair service waa a great perk. Several restaurants within walking distance. The condo was very clean and well stocked with anything you would need in the kitchen. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Great location-as advertised

Stayed here for a week for spring break as a family of four. The condo worked out perfectly for us. Location was awesome with access to the beach just across the street. Loved that chair and umbrella rental was included with utilize that every day complex had plenty of parking to pools and a hot tub were nice. Apartment had every amenity that we required. Property manager communication was terrific. I would stay here again and recommend.

Perfect Location

We were visiting Miramar for the Moon Crush concert. Mark’s place was the perfect location to make getting around a breeze! Mark was very communicative from the start as I had had a bad experience with another company and had been canceled on multiple times. Mark reassured me that all would be well. He continued to communicate with the incoming hurricane and let me know that the property was safe and that area had been missed. He was prompt with his information for entering the building. The location was perfect and an easy walk across the street for beach access with a complimentary umbrella and two chairs. The space was decorated very nicely and the bed was comfortable! It was just what we needed for our long weekend getaway! Thank you!

Perfect Location. Excellent Stay!

Gulfview is in THE perfect location & just across the road from the beach! Its close to shopping, and tons of restaurants too. The 2 chairs and umbrella were a huge bonus for our family! Unit was cozy, and had everything we could of needed for our stay. The only downfall I could see would it being on the 3rd floor, and no elevator
for us though, we didnt mind it at all. Our vacation was awesome, and we would definitely stay here again and again!
