Beautiful, peaceful surroundings, lovely and spotless accommodations and we were greeted by two happy and friendly dogs! Just the retreat we wanted while attending a family reunion in the area!

This was beyond expectation. Nice, quiet farm cottage. It was perfect this time of year with the snow.I was traveling to present at a seminar and this provided me a great location to relax and prepare for the event. The host was excellent in the communication and the personal touches were amazing. If I am ever in the area again, this will be my first choice for booking my stay.

Great Guest House with wonderful character !!!

This lovely guest house was everything we had hoped and more. We had a wonderful visit in Saratoga and then headed over to Jenn & Sirus's guest house, just a short 30-minute drive along beautiful country roads. Jenn is a terrific host and goes above and beyond with fresh flowers in every room and all the little extra touches. We highly recommend this charming guest home, you will absolutely love it !

This house is wonderful, one of the top places we have ever rented, and we have stayed in a lot of places. It is clean, well organized, comfortable, well stocked and cozy. The property is amazing and we want to come back and stay in the summer. Jennifer was a great house, very attentive and accommodating. We will be back for sure!

Excellent Experience

My father and I were in town for a family event. This property and working with Jennifer was perfect. The house was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. Jennifer was quick to respond to any questions I had and even checked in a few times throughout the stay to make sure everything was good. The best bonus of the property were their two beautiful labs that met us when we arrived and left the property. We had a wonderful stay!

Why they chose this property

Our farm is idyllic, private and rural, but close to the small town of Greenwich and the larger shopping and tourist centers of Saratoga Springs NY and Manchester VT, It is also perfectly located between NYC, Boston and Montreal, if you are on your way to the coolest cities around!

What makes this property unique

Our little farm has rolling fields with recently planted chestnut trees, forested land and a pond. We have a beautiful barn built in the 1800s, as well as the two most adorable dogs.
