We want to you to have a wonderful stay while you're here, and we want to make it as welcoming as we possibly can. Unfortunately, past experiences have led us to implement a rental agreement. So, we do have a few policies in place to help insure your stay is as perfect as it can be, and our investment last for years to come. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Please note: We have a pet-friendly policy, but please disclose your furry friends upon booking. A $35/night pet fee applies, with a $300 monthly cap.

PET POLICY
We want your stay to be welcoming and inviting. We do have a few rules to follow.

- We are Dog friendly on a case by case basis (must be disclosed upon booking by messaging host)
-$35/night per pet w/$300 monthly cap. Pet owners are responsible for any damages.
- Dogs must remain on a leash when outside.

*Riding activities are scheduled around our lesson program. So, please reach out upon booking so we can do our best to schedule one for you. All billing will be
done upon check-in through AirBnB.

*We offer horse boarding at an additional cost ($45 per horse). Please request upon booking to make sure we have enough occupancy. If you're bringing a horse, we will provide you with a waiver upon arrival.
