About this property

Phil Good 1219: River Views, Hot Tub & Scenic Path

Golden light spills across the river as you ease into summer in Charlevoix. This striking chalet gives your group room to gather and room to breathe, with expansive windows, four queen bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and a spa made for slow evenings outside. Spend your days hiking, exploring Baie-Saint-Paul, or taking in the region’s beauty with a scenic path directly from your backyard, then come home to quiet, comfort, and unforgettable views. Settle in and savour it all.

From the moment you arrive, the contemporary architecture of the chalet captivates with its clean lines and expansive windows that bathe the interior in natural light.

As an added feature, a scenic path extends directly from the backyard, offering a quiet place for a walk along the St. Lawrence. It is one of those details that turns a stay into a rhythm: coffee, fresh air, a view, and nowhere to rush.

The spacious living area welcomes you with a warm atmosphere, stylish furnishings, a fireplace and a smart TV, ensuring cozy evenings after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen is the heart of the chalet, featuring a central island, modern appliances—including a dishwasher and microwave—and all the essentials to prepare delicious meals, making it perfect for shared moments with family and friends.

The chalet features four main bedrooms, thoughtfully spread across different levels to offer privacy and comfort for all guests. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a Queen-size bed, while the second bedroom includes a Queen-size bunk bed. On the garden level, a third spacious bedroom offers a Queen-size bed, and the last bedroom includes a Queen-size bunk bed as well, making it perfect for larger groups.

To ensure your utmost convenience, the chalet is equipped with high-speed internet, allowing you to stay connected whether you’re working remotely or simply streaming your favorite shows. Each level has been designed for maximum comfort, featuring two modern bathrooms with showers—one on the upper floor and one on the garden level. Additionally, a washer and dryer are available for added convenience, making your stay worry-free no matter the length of your getaway.

For larger groups, an optional loft studio on the garden level is available (for additional fees), providing additional space and privacy. This self-contained unit includes a cozy sitting area, a functional kitchenette, a private bathroom with a shower, and a Queen-size bed, making it an excellent option for those who seek a bit more independence while still enjoying the chalet’s communal atmosphere. It should be noted that this studio is only available for rent by the group renting the complete unit, it is not offered separately.

Outside, summer really comes into its own. The private hot tub is there for slow evenings under the sky, while the outdoor space offers a peaceful setting for morning coffee, long meals, and taking in the river view. The barbecue makes it easy to enjoy relaxed outdoor cooking, and the setting gives you every reason to spend time outside. For eco-conscious travellers, an EV charger is also available on site.

The Charlevoix region is especially rewarding in summer. You can spend the day exploring Baie-Saint-Paul, enjoying local food, discovering the area’s landscapes, or heading out toward Parc national des Grands-Jardins and Parc des Hautes-Gorges for some of the region’s most memorable scenery. Le Massif remains just minutes from the chalet as well, placing you in a part of Charlevoix known for its beauty in every season.
