Nicely equipped unit on a quite street. Easy walk to restaurants, shopping, trollies, and historic sites.

This is one of the better places we have stayed. The location was great. Close enough that we were able to take walks to what we wanted to see, but also far enough away to not be in the middle of it all. The view from the living room and balcony is incredible. Just note to get that view you need to go up four flights of stairs to the apartment and there is no elevator.The bathroom is much larger than I thought with two sinks. The shower is fantastic with great water pressure. The beds are comfortable, and the configuration worked great for us. The kitchen is well stocked and has a large table that can accommodate several people.The AC worked great. We even did laundry midweek, and a drying rack was provided to easily dry our laundry.This is a place that I would stay again!

This apartment was ideal, from the excellent communication, ease of check in, supreme apartment amenities and great location to Lisbon. It was the perfect beginning after a long flight to ease into exploring all Lisbon has to offer. We can whole heartedly recommend this typical Pombalina house, and the wonderful hosts! Thank you for hosting our first few nights in Lisbon!

After getting our bearings, and learning how to get to the Metro, train, and tram stations from the apartment, we realized what a gem this apartment was. The stairwell down to restaurant/shopping district, Santa Justa elevator, and Rossio square right next to the door, and the tram 28 stop (Martim Moniz) a few blocks down the street. We saw everything we wanted to and then some, all accessed by public transportation (even Azenhas do Mar by train to Sintra and 1 bus). Do not get advanced tickets to Peña Palace, but get there early- we saw plenty of unhappy tourists not getting entry after paying for tickets, the entry gives you a half hour window to get to the entrance which is a good 20 minute walk uphill, and if you miss it too bad for you. You also have to by a 12.50 Euro for 24 hr bus pass to get to Pena Palace and other castles (stop at Moorish castle before Peña Palace- you have to go back down the hill to catch the other bus to Quinta da Regaleira which you can use the 24hr bus pass you paid for. We used mostly Green and Blue metro lines, and the train from either Rossio or Cais do Sodre- please research how to get to the places you want to see on public transportation, you do NOT want to drive in Lisbon. Don’t be dumb and wear heels, wear good quality athletic shoes. Hostess Filipa was helpful with restaurant recommendations, greeting us with pasteis de nata, and recommending using Uber app for airport transfer, and Pingo Doce a grocery for quick breakfast and beer.

Our family of six, four adults and two small children, have just spent 10 days in this attractive apartment in a very convenient area of Lisbon. The apartment is bright and immaculately clean, with a modern well-equipped kitchen, and modern bathrooms with showers. Our host went out of his way to make us welcome and to assist us in finding our way in the city. He provided a crib and high chair for the one-year old, maps and brochures for all, and good advice about what to see and do. Most of all, he, and his mother whom we also were fortunate to meet, were generous, warm and friendly, giving us a very positive first impression of Lisbon that was reinforced throughout our visit. We recommend this property whole-heartedly, and hope to return next year. Thank you Pedro for a wonderful holiday experience!
