Welcome to this fully equipped charming upscale tower in heart of San Francisco. This superb property offers a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, a well-equipped bathroom with a bathtub and bidet, patio with breathtaking bay bridge view, stylish living room, office desk, full kitchen and in-house washer and dryer. The building offers a wide range of amenities such as gym, sauna, Jacuzzi, game room and a business lounge. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

Neighborhood highlights:
The apartment is located in Rincon Hill which is known for its modern high-rise buildings, fantastic views of the Bay Bridge, and close proximity to some of the city's most beloved landmarks such as ferry building and embarcadeo. This is a neighborhood that beautifully combines residential tranquility with downtown energy, making it an ideal location for both relaxation and exploration. The place is a short walk to Embarcadero's waterfront recreational trail which is a perfect place for leisurely walk, jog, or bike ride with stunning views. Ferry building marketplace is also nearby where you can indulge in finest artisan food and local organic produce. Trendy boutiques and eateries and vibrant nightlife are at your doorstep in SOMA district.

Getting around:
The place is walking distance from salesforce terminal as well as bart and ferry stations. Embarcadero BART station is 5 minutes and salesforce terminal is 10 minutes walk away. Ferry stations to tibouran, sausalito, oakland, etc are only 10 minutes walk from the place. If you have a car, there is usually parking on the street. However, since this is the heart of San Fransisco, I would recommend to buy a parking permit from out building in advance to your arrival.

A great apartment in a great building in a convenient neighborhood! The apartment is bright and spacious; the in-unit washer dryer is definitely a plus! The building is also very nice; the gym is well equipped and the outdoor hot tub looks very nice (never got to try it). Ephraim is very responsive, though we barely needed to contact him during our stay. As he points out, it is his primary residence unlike some other properties that are solely rented out, which has its pluses and minuses. I would definitely stay here again!!

I loved how spacious the apartment is, and it was nice to have a balcony with a view. I really appreciated being able to make smoothies. The couch and bed were both very comfortable. I enjoyed the jacuzzi in the common area. All the building's amenities were very nice. Ebrahim was easy to comminicatecwith and helpful. I would love to stay again.

A luxury stay in the heart of SF

Ebrahim was an exceptional host, going above and beyond in communication and accommodating our needs. Despite our last-minute request for parking, he responded quickly and coordinated everything seamlessly. He provided clear and detailed instructions for the unit, amenities, and parking, making both check-in and check-out effortless.The apartment itself is stunning—a modern, luxury space with everything you could need. The spacious living room, spotless bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen made our stay incredibly comfortable. The gym is well-equipped with nearly everything for a solid workout. While we didn’t get a chance to use the Jacuzzi, it looked inviting, nestled among towering skyscrapers.I had to work from home for a day, and Ebrahim’s setup made it easy. The study area includes an ergonomic chair, a dedicated desk, and even an extra monitor for extended screen space—something I haven’t seen in other rentals and truly appreciated. Additionally, I took advantage of the building’s business center, which provided a quiet and professional workspace.Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this place!
