This is an EXCELLENT property in an excellent neighborhood. The host is amazing and very very responsive and accommodating. Kitchen excellent. Even down to the towels - excellent. Can’t say enough about this property. I’m coming back!
So much to love about this property. Location, comfortable bed, nice amenities. But its walls and floors were thin, so while I tried to be careful not to make noise, my neighbors at midnight not so much. Maybe I should’ve had earplugs. I guess that’s part of being in the city in a shared building. I didn’t enjoy that. Otherwise absolutely great, Springer was very nice, and left me to myself … which I prefer when traveling.

Thank you for your feedback. We are generally known for being a quiet property, though, as with many historic Victorians, sound can occasionally travel between suites. We observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM and ask all guests to be considerate of others. While most guests are very respectful, occasionally someone may be unaware of how their noise affects neighboring suites. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you again
Room was furnished beautifully and very comfortable. It had a porch that provided a beautiful garden to view. I did not catch the advisory regarding steps. There were many steps and no elevator. Otherwise the experience was 10 out of 10.
I had a wonderful stay at Springer’s gracious sanctuary in the city. The unit is beautifully appointed, the location is fantastic, and she is an exceptional host. I would love to stay here again!
This is an exceptionally nice unit which is beautifully furnished and very well equipped in every way. Our host was helpful and attentive. We could not have been happier with our choice.
Wonderful stay. Loved the flat, location , ease of use and access.
Owner is wonderful, approachable and articulate ; checks in and makes certain everything is ok.
I’ll be back- thank you!
Unique and spacious apartment is filled with light, interesting artwork, and it’s very peaceful at night. We loved staying here. Great coffee and high-end dining nearby. We drove and parking was a bit of work until we figured it out; it’s easier on weekends. Property manager takes good care of everything and is a pleasure to work with. Wonderful and safe neighborhood is delightful for walking.
the unit is a Jewel box, elegant, sunny, relaxing, peaceful in the best neighborhood. Next to Michelin star restaurant, fantastic coffee and smoothies across the street, the best interior design shops on Sacramento St, and close to the Presidio for gorgeous hikes. We will be back!
Springer’s Pac Heights home is an absolute gem that goes above and beyond what the listing promises. It’s beautifully designed, incredibly cozy, and offers a peaceful retreat while still being in the heart of the city. The space was impeccably clean, with sumptuous luxury touches throughout, and the ambiance made it feel like a true escape. Springer provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out seamless. Plus, the location is perfect. Highly recommend, and I hope to stay here again someday!
