Wonderful studio directly on the sand.
The HOA has a 30 lb weight limit on dogs. One Dog per unit.
This is a NO SMOKING property. You many not smoke anywhere on the property. You must go beyond the parked cars or out onto the beach
This is a studio with queen bed. Unit can accommodate 3, but typically if 3rd is a child who either sleeps in the bed with the parents or twin aerobed in the unit. Ask for details before you book.

One Shell Cove is a very special studio condo located directly on Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island.

This property is beautifully detailed with the sand, surf and sun right outside your door. The unit is on the ground floor so you simply walk out your door, step off your patio and your feet are in the sand. Magical.

Everyone just loves this unit.

Walk out the door, take two steps, and your feet are in the sand. Rent a Kayak or a Paddleboard. Enjoy the fun and amazing restaurants. Relax. Enjoy.

Week in paradise

It was the best vacation I’ve had in a long time. So relaxing. Beautiful location. All the amenities you need. And the bonus was I got to bring my dog! She loved the beach. We will be back.

Loved our cozy beach stay!!!!

We wanted to be steps from the beach and we were!!!! Our little place was perfect for the two of us and had all the amenities we needed!!!! The only thing we didn’t care for was the proximity to the busy road. If we came to Anna Maria again, even though we loved our cozy abode we would probably stay more north up by Bean Point!!!!

Great beach and wonderful accommodations!

The condo was one of a small condo community, only 2 floors. Ours was a ground unit. The best part was our little fur baby was welcome! The best we’ve stayed in thus far. It was stocked with everything one would need. The condo was quiet, and the beach was right out our front door. Even water accessories were provided. Bradenton Beach was a quaint seaside community. Our host was always available. However, we had no need to contact him.

Dirty

Location was the highlight here! Beautiful area with amazing beach access! The unit was dirty. Ceiling fan, vents and wall decor had not been dusted in a very long time! Cleanliness is a must. I will not book here again! Bathtub backed up, quick response by plumber but it still did not drain properly. A light fixture and smoke detector were hanging from the ceiling. Upkeep was severly lacking. Paint peeled across bottom of bathroom door and cracks in the ceiling where paint was bubbled.

Great location on the beach, property is tired

The location of this property is great, right on the beach, plenty of beach equipment such as chairs and umbrella. The property itself is very tired and needs a lot of work inside. It is has everything you need inside but is overstocked for a 2 person property. I think more disappointing was how unclean the bed cover and some towels were. The dishes were also unclean which surprised us. We had to wash the pillow covers as they had a horrible smell. Lots of dust and just generally didn’t feel clean. The property manager communicated but didn’t thank us for staying after we left. We have rented many rental properties and this is not one we would return to, despite the location.

One Shell

The building is very old. Large cracks in ceiling. Our washer and fridge went out and the owner told us to check all the breakers etc. When my husband went to move the fridge it came back on. The next day we were out on a boat and came back late and the fridge was off again. Texted the owner @ 734 pm and received no response. We only had a small cooler so I put what I could in it. The next day ( check out) day I told the owner I was disappointed in his non communication. He basically lectured me and said I had an attitude ????? And that I had texted him in the middle of the night.whaaat??? No remorse or offering at least for the food that we lost. The locked up chairs were full of sand from the previous renters which I wasn’t going to use anyway. It’s a studio so very little space anyway and it’s loaded with unnecessary tons of plates etc. I definitely will watch out for his name connected to ANY Rentals in the future and that would be a big fat NO!!

Holiday get away

This was very cozy- just what we needed. We spent most of the time walking or sitting on beach. Steps away- really. The fact that you can open your door and take chair to beach- walk to restaurants/ this is us😀

Jeffery Hill could not be more detailed. Allowed us early access. Texting was immediately responded to. Wonderful studio and lovely view. Most relaxing vaca we've ever taken. Really regretted leaving.

It had everything we needed and was right on the sand! No need to drive anywhere to hit the beach. Grocery store was close by and convenience store was walking distance. Very relaxing & quiet.

Loved the location on the beach. This is perfect for two people. Lots of amenities - in fact, I would scale it back in two areas: 1) Way too many "sets of dishes" - just don't need that many and 2) the "beach toys" - this room wouldn't have children and the toys all take up space that could be used for clothing (for which space was very limited )

Everything was perfect

Great gulf view location. Exceptionally clean. Very well stocked with tons of towels, even beach towels. In fact everything anyone could need for the beach was there. Comfy bed. Totally quiet even though we had neighbors next to us and upstairs. Not huge but plenty of space for 2 people. Jeffrey had absolutely everything outlined perfectly. Close to just about everything. Could not have been better. Highly recommend!!
