Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Richmond. This fantastic property boasts 3 bedrooms with a king, queen, and twin beds, elegant fabric sofa bed for 2 persons in the living room, and 2 extra air mattresses for additional guests perfect for a pleasant stay. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, a washing machine and a dryer, shampoo and conditioner, towels and bedsheets, heating, and AC, one big 85 inch smart TV in the living room, and TV in the master bedroom and in the second bedroom. The master bedroom comes with an insuite private bathroom, hot tub, and a spacious L-shaped work desk. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom on the second floor and a half bath on the first floor. There is plenty of space for everyone. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

Not the Cleanest

PROS: The property and neighborhood was quiet and nice. The instructions on entering the gate and the home itself was very easy. The owner was very responsive when I needed anything. CONS: Upon first glance the house smelled clean and looked fairly the same. After the doing a thorough inspection of the house it was very dirty. The kitchen trash was not empty and there was a food container inside. The dish soap was actually TIDE laundry detergent. The light fixtures in the half bath had some sort of brown stain on it as well as the wall. The hand towels in all the bathrooms were used and not laundered. The upstairs hall bathroom still had a dirty towel hanging in the shower. There were no washcloths to wash our bodies with, so we had to go to the store and purchase them. The master bathroom tub was the only reason I booked the home, and it was filled with dirt. I cleaned it out, but the tub drain was backed up, so we didn't use the tub only the shower. The air condition wasn't working as the filter light was blinking on the thermostat. The iron didn't work. OVERALL: We took out ALL the trash before we left and washed the two cups used and made sure the refrigerator was empty. We were there for my daughter's college graduation, so we were only there to sleep but it would have been nicer if the home was clean and not "lived" in.

This is one of the most spacious properties that is located in a central location within a 10-15 minutes distance from Downtown Richmond and Short Pump Glen Allen. Lots of great restaurants and shopping centers within a few minutes of the house. Very quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood
