Charming beach cottage (half of a duplex)directly on the Gulf. It is a two story unit with the primary bedroom; queen bed and full bath on the ground floor.There is also a washer/drier in the carport. Sliding glass door opens to a paved patio and beach closet with chairs and an umbrella. The gas grill is on this level. And just steps to the Gulf! Up one flight of stairs is the remainder of the unit which includes a bedroom with twin beds and full bath. Both bathrooms have showers only. The kitchen is fully equipped with an assortment of condiments. It has generous counter space and best of all open to the water view so you will not miss anything as you prepare a meal. The dining area seats four and there are three stools at the counter. The living area has a sectional sofa and leather recliner and of course TV and Wi-Fi. Out the sliding glass doors is a nice size balcony with rocking chairs and high top table for two. Perfect for coffee and dolphin watching. Outside stairs from this level put you on the sand. The parking is easy since we own the lot to the road.
