Vous vous sentirez comme un millionnaire dans ce luxe Direct Gulf Front condo. Passer vos prochaines vacances à la populaire Villas Holiday II. Entendre l'océan pendant que vous dormez tandis que la brise de mer rafraîchit. Cette unité de 1150 pieds carrés a été de mise à jour pour inclure les planchers de carreaux de céramique, tapis berbères, et une cuisine d'érable. Une cuisine entièrement équipée et trois téléviseurs (toutes avec service de câble), vous vous sentirez comme à la maison. Vous pouvez surfer du privé 32 'balcon avec haute vitesse WI-FI gratuit. Belle meubles de rataan et un thème nautique améliorer l'unité. Certaines rénovations de salles de bains ont été achevées en 2016. De nouveaux matelas ont été achetés en 2016. Une nouvelle porte patio coulissante a été installée en 2017 et un nouveau mobilier de salon en 2018. Une piscine chauffée assure confort toute l'année. Nous demandons seulement un minimum de quatre nuits mai-Décembre excluant les semaines de vacances et un minimum de sept nuits en haute saison. Semaines de vacances exigent un minimum de 7 nuits. Prenez vos vacances quand vous voulez! Je n'ai pas besoin d'un séjour samedi / samedi.

Excellent place to have a beach vacation. The condo was very clean, the showers had no mold, amenities in good condition. The host was very easy to talk to and accommodating. Don’t hesitate to stay here!! I definitely will be staying here again!!

The balcony was perfect for beach views, morning breakfast, and sunsets. It faces the Sun in the afternoon so it gets a little warm. It has a small table and 4 chairs and 2 recliners that make it perfect.

This was a wonderful place. Communication with Joyce, the owner and also host, was great. The location was great. Loved the private parking garage, elevator was great, all gates and doors had codes which worked. The owner had thoughtfully put things in the condo that aren't usually put there for us, and that was appreciated. The pool was nice and the beach was wonderfully sparsely populated in October. Great place!

Beautiful view of the beach. Loved that beach chairs and towels were provided. The kitchen was very well stocked...had sugar, oil, coffee filters and a whole spice rack. Had a little issue checking in. The parking area where we were to park was roped and coned off because they were doing some landscaping and nobody was in the office because it was Sunday...we put our parking pass on the car, moved a cone and just parked where we were supposed to...everything was ok.

This place was wonderful! Exactly as advertised- beautiful view and amazing access to the beach! Plenty of sand toys, towels, and all the things you need for the beach!

John, I appreciate you leaving the review. Yes my place is not a typical rental with 6 forks, 6 glasses and 6 plates. I have multiple extras like a cooler to take down to the beach, beach chairs, grapefruit spoons, George Foreman grill, cocktail recipe book, beach towels, hair dryer and buckets & shovels just to name a few. I always tell my guests if there is anything it lacks, let me know and I will see about accommodating the request. I will be looking forward to hosting you next time.

The condo had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. We could drive to Johns Pass, sit on the balcony and watch dolphins, or drive to Clearwater.

What a wonderful place to stay. The 4 of us had a blast. The location is convenient to a lot of things to do. The beachfront view was spectacular. Joyce was very easy to work with and was easy to get a hold of during our stay. Most definitely would recommend staying here.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. Right on the beach with fabulous views. Sunset right out the window. Well cared for and very comfortable. Already booked it again for next year.

Excellent gulf front stay!

Could not have been happier with our stay! View of the Gulf ofc was the most amazing part! Condo was clean and very well stocked! Questions were answered quickly by our local contact and host could not have been any nicer. Would definitely return!

Excellent location

The condo was exactly as described & had the best sunsets. Plenty of food places to walk to then "home" for sitting on the balcony for sunset most nights. Joyce was excellent to work with & answered my few questions quickly. Loved having the beach stuff in the balcony closet & so easy to get setup on the beach. Will definitely be back to this place again in the future & have already recommended to several friends. Thank you Joyce for sharing your condo with us!

Nice place...

Place was nice and clean. Spectacular view. Could use new mattresses and the lock box was a little difficult for someone with long fingernails. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We are from Iowa and this is the 2nd time in a year that we stayed at this property. Ǐt is great in so many ways. All of the people we encountered, including owner, property manager, workers and other guests were very friendly. The unit was perfect as well as the location. We feel safe, it is very convenient. Can’t wait to go back!!

Wonderful experience. This condo was very clean! Had all the necessary tools for a fun filled family vacation. The beach view was incredible. The owner responded fast and accommodated my request for a little later check because of our flight!

I've been visiting the Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater area for 20 years and have stayed all over. Once I stayed at Holiday Villas II in 2002, I never stayed anywhere else. In 2006 I decided since I keep coming back there time and time again, I should just purchase my own condo.

Holiday Villas II is a lovely, affordable facility that appeals to people of all ages.

Our building has one of the largest pools of other condo complexes in the area. We have tables with umbrellas and more than 50 chairs and loungers around the pool. The pool is heated to 86 degrees for year round comfort.
