Imaginez vous réveiller au son de l'océan depuis notre 6ème étage, condo face à la plage! Situé sur la plage de Madère, notre complexe de condos comprend une piscine chauffée, un bain à remous, un terrain de jeu de palets, une tiki hut et un grand barbecue. Vivez la vraie vie sur la plage!

Détendez-vous dans une tasse de café du matin ou un verre de vin du soir depuis le balcon long de 30 pieds qui s'étend sur toute la longueur du condo. Accédez au balcon depuis le salon et la chambre principale afin que tout le monde puisse vraiment apprécier la vue imprenable sur l'océan et les couchers de soleil spectaculaires. Vous pourriez même voir le «flash vert» insaisissable lorsque le soleil se couche sous l'horizon.

Madeira Beach, que les habitants appellent Mad Beach, s'étend devant notre condo que nous appelons amoureusement La Playa Loca. Profitez de la vue à 180 degrés du golfe du Mexique. Si vous préférez nager plus près de chez vous, n'hésitez pas à utiliser la piscine chauffée et le bain à remous du complexe réservés exclusivement à ceux qui séjournent au complexe Ocean Sands.

Notre condo est situé entre Clearwater et St. Pete Beaches, et dans les 45 minutes. de l'aéroport international de Tampa. Le bâtiment est à une courte distance de marche d'une épicerie, d'une pharmacie, d'un dépanneur, de restaurants, de bars, de boutiques, d'un bureau de poste et d'une bibliothèque. Le populaire John's Pass Village est un court trajet en tramway.

This was our third day in this beautiful unit. Sitting on the large balcony watching the sunset every night is beautiful. Scott and Laurie are the most generous hosts. The condo is filled with everything you could possibly need. The king mattress was very comfortable. We look forward to our return in 2028.

We had a wonderful stay here for the 3rd time. The owners are fantastic. They have supplied the condo with everything you could possibly need, and they truly care about providing a worry free vacation! The location is perfect! We walked to multiple restaurants in the area. The view is fabulous from the huge balcony. The sunsets are spectacular!We have been to multiple properties in this area and this one stands out as the best! We are already booked for next year. We have stayed in the area for several years and Scott and Laurie were by far the best hosts yet. They had everything we could want or need to make our stay at the beach wonderful. A Home Away from Home! My wife and I traveled to Scott and Laurie's beautiful "La Playa Loca" with our son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. We were amazed at how clean, organized and stocked their condo was. Their detailed instructions and hospitality went beyond our expectations. Their spacious balcony had an ocean view and a beautiful seating area. We enjoyed the ample amenities available to us, such as the condo pool, beach toys and chairs, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and all the coffee and spices imaginable. Scott and Laurie definitely take pride in their beautiful vacation home. We will definitely be returning to this condo with our family in the future!

Would not stay anywhere else. Scott and Laurie are wonderful hosts. Condo is clean, location is perfect, property is well maintained. Beach closet is FULLY stocked!! Plenty of beach towels provided as well. This year, my great niece used the pack n play and high chair that Scott and Laurie thoughtfully provide for guests. They anticipate and prepare for all types of guests. Plenty of restaurants to walk to, short drive/ beach ride(taxi) or trolley ride to John’s pass. Plenty of grocery stores, CVS, Walmart, mini golf, or chain restaurants ( if you choose) all very close as well. Looking forward to next May!

Relaxing Getaway!

We had an amazing time in Madeira Beach while staying here. The condo is in a great location and enjoying coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach each morning was fabulous! The hosts are great to work with, responsive and accommodating. We felt very welcomed and appreciated in their condo. Whether we were in the pool, inside, or on the balcony we were able to truly relax and enjoy our stay.

The perfect condo on Madeira beach

When I read reviews I want simple details like was it clean, are the beds comfortable, were the beach chairs nice. I thought the reviews were too good to be true, but they are not! This has been the best place we have ever stayed. Why, because Scott and Laurie have made their place so comfortable. Yes the location is perfect for viewing amazing sunsets,walks on the beach and pool time but it’s the little things like a kitchen with everything, a bathroom closet filled with all you need and another closet filled with great beach chairs, umbrellas and more. The decor is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. We had a wonderful time.

Spring 2025

Our family has enjoyed this property many times in the past. We were delighted to come again this year for a longer stay. Our adult kids were able to come for a few days too. The location is perfect for relaxing, enjoying the pool and beach, and dining in a variety of places. The hosts are great communicators and have a wonderful place they are happy to see visitors enjoy. We've been a variety of vacation rental and the hospitality shown here is unmatched! We hope to continue returning in the future as an escape from the cold. Nothing beats sun on your face and sand in your toes!

This Place Has It All

This beachfront condo provides everything you need for fun, inside and out. The decor, amenities, comfort and location are perfect. In our opinion this is the best condo on madeira beach - we love it so much we bought one . You can not go wrong renting this vacation condo . The view can not be beat . The beds are fabulous , condo is fully stocked with supplies (tissue ,soap , towels , ocean toys , laundry etc . Fabulous owners to rent from .

Loved It !

Beautiful condo located on 6th floor with amazing views. Very clean and comfortable. The owners are very nice and aim to please their guest. Located right on beach and within steps to pool. John's pass 1 mile south of condo. Don't hesitate - this is the place to stay. Highly recommend.

We love the mountains in our home state of Colorado, but we also feel right at home on the Florida beaches!

We have lived in Colorado since the late 90's and enjoy all that our beautiful state has to offer. Scott retired from the Air Force and Laurie is a retired librarian who was raised in Tampa. We have two adult daughters, our "Colorado girls," who also love spending time on the beach.

Having grown up in Tampa, Laurie spent a lot of time with her family on local beaches. She even remembers walking along Madeira Beach as a child. Buying this condo brought our family back to our Florida roots.

When Laurie first walked in, she looked through the living area, directly onto the ocean. Also, she really liked the easy access to the 30 foot balcony from both the living room and the master bedroom.

Scott also liked that many conveniences are within a short walking distance from the condo. With access to a trolley, you could go days without driving a car!
