Indian Shores Townhouse, steps from the Beach with pool!

Townhouse includes: Two Bedrooms, one with large King Bed and one with two full size queens. Mattresses are incredible for a great night sleep! Full kitchen, living and outdoor screened in porch. Washer/Dryer in unit, parking spaces in front of garage for 2 cars.

Community boasts: a picnic area with stunning views of the intracoastal waterway, a private fishing pier, heated pool, outdoor bathrooms & showers for your comfort and close access to a trolly stop for easy transportation to the vibrant nightlife of Clearwater and St. Pete Beach.

Beach access two blocks away and use of wagon, beach chairs, cooler and towels for a great day on the beach!

Primary Bedroom has a large king bed and a full bathroom (shower)

Secondary Bedroom has 2 full size queen beds with a full bathroom (bathtub) directly outside of the bedroom.

Both bedrooms have built in closets with drawers for storage

Convenience store, ice cream parlor and bike rentals are located at the entrance of the complex. All locally owned.

There are stairs to access the main living space of the property and inside the property to access the bedrooms.

4th of July Vacation

Great property in a great location. Easy to get to and right across the street from the beach. Less than 5 minute walk and we were on a great gulf coast beach. Took the wagon and chairs and set up camp at a relatively quiet beach. Definitely not as crazy as some of the major access points. Property was very clean and recently updated. Appliances were clean. AC was quiet and blew cold air. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of clean linens and towels. Space was very big for a family of 4. Nice little porch out back was a great place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning. Boys took the rental car to the golf course and the girls had no problem catching the trolley up and down Gulf Blvd from Clearwater to John’s Pass to do some shopping. It was nice to have a convenience store right at the entrance to the complex in case we forgot any essentials. Lu Lu’s Ice Cream was delicious and great way to cool down after a day at the beach. Don’t forget to rinse the sand off at the rinse station conveniently located right at the bottom of the steps. If you need shrimp tacos, Caddy’s is just a few minutes up the road. As with all coastal properties there are steps. 1 flight to get up to the condo. 1 more flight to get up to the bedrooms. Owners were very responsive if we had any questions. We will be back!

Welcome to our second home! Leslie and I bought this as our second home in July of 2020 and really did not have any plans to rent it. We are here most of the winter and thought that we would start renting it when we are not here and back in Minnesota for the summer.
Since it is our second home, we have decorated it and furnished accordingly as opposed to furnishing it with cheap "rental property" furniture. We hope you and your family will enjoy it as much as we do and have a great vacation.

This area is a very special part of the west coast of Florida. It is no over populated with a large amount of tourists as there are no hotels close. Being on a stretch of Gulf boulevard that is only two lanes makes it less congested and very quiet.
You can enjoy the pool which is right on the intercoastal waterway or within a 5 minute walk you are on the beach enjoying the gulf of Mexico.
Stop and grab an ice cream on your way back from the beach at Lulu's in front of the complex and catch the trolly to Clearwater or St. Pete Beach. There is really no need to drive a car while you are here if you don't want to.
Plenty of food options within 2 miles!

As mentioned in our story, we did not purchase this place as a "rental property" but rather a second home. All of the furnishings, art work and amenities are what we use while we are here and you will notice the quality.
The mattresses are definitely a highlight as being in the hospitality business for over 30 years, I can tell you how important a good mattress is, we know you will agree and get great rest while you stay here.
