Si vous voulez faire l'expĂ©rience de San Juan c'est l'endroit oĂč aller!

Bel appartement, bien situé, avec une vue imprenable sur le port de plaisance de la baie de San Juan, le petit aéroport régional, le centre de conventions, la lagune de Condado et la région de Miramar. Vous pouvez regarder les croisiÚres arriver et partir, c'est une belle expérience!

Convient pour les affaires, la retraite de couple et les petites familles.

Le loft est entiÚrement équipé avec trois télévisions, télévision par cùble, wi-fi gratuit, laveuse et sécheuse, ordinateur de bureau avec imprimante, tous les accessoires de cuisine, ustensiles de cuisine, climatisation centrale, serviettes et ensembles de literie.

Il y a un lit king size, un canapé-lit king size, un petit futon et un matelas pneumatique Queen avec pompe à air intégrée. (dormir cinq dans le lit et deux dans un matelas pneumatique).

Il y a un service de réception dans le hall, 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7, avec accÚs privé et deux places de parking. Vous aurez accÚs au centre de remise en forme bien équipé.

Il se trouve à cinq minutes à pied de la plage Escambrón, un endroit agréable pour tout le monde, ainsi que de la plage de La Ocho, idéale pour le surf (chaises de plage, serviettes de plage et glaciÚre disponibles).

1. 5 km à pied du quartier historique du vieux San Juan, passant par El Capitolio (la maison des lois) par le "Paseo de Puerta de Tierra" récemment inauguré, offrant une vue magnifique sur l'océan.

Un kilomĂštre Ă  pied de la rĂ©gion de Condado en passant par le parc Luis Muñoz Rivera, un magnifique parc et le Paseo Caribe oĂč vous trouverez des restaurants tels que Fogo de Chao, Blue Martini, Rosa Mexicano et El Mercado (oĂč ils offraient de la musique live gratuite le vendredi soir) et des magasins. Vous serez Ă©galement proche de l’hĂŽtel Caribe Hilton.

C'est Ă  quelques pas d'un restaurant mexicain (El Charro), d'une pizzeria Ă  emporter, d'une super pizza!, un restaurant de cuisine des CaraĂŻbes (Armonia), de la cuisine chinoise (Cathay) et l’icĂŽne du hamburger la plus cĂ©lĂšbre de Porto Rico, "EL HAMBURGUER". Il y a aussi un dĂ©panneur et un camion de nourriture oĂč ils vendent "lechon a la varita" (viande de porc rĂŽtie) Ă  la station-service.

The condo was conveniently located to areas we planned to visit. We had nice views of cruise ships at port and watched the arrival and departures of commercial flights from smaller airport across from Atlantis. While primary bedroom bed was comfortable, we were surprised to know it was only 12" from floor. We are in our 70s and both have knee issues so we master the ole "drop and roll" technique to get into bed. Getting upwas a whole other technique. We managed and slept well on comfortable mattress.Suggest additional hand cloths (only 2) and hand towels (1) be provided for future guests. There were 3 of us. Plenty of nice bath towels and beach towels. We supplemented with paper towels as needed.Another suggestion would be to have several bottles of water and full coffee supplies stocked in kitchen. We arrived late in afternoon and did not have our bearings as to where to go buy these provisions. The coffee grounds in canister did not seem to be fresh and there was no type of creamer product available. Just a few little things that enhance guest arrival to your vacation home after a long day's travel to PR. Concierge staff were very helpful and courteous. The building has so much potential but it’s in bad shape. I almost cancelled my booking just based on the lobby and front of the building. They made me take a picture at check in, I was not happy about that. But I was happy when I saw the room. Good view, classy furniture, good art. Place was really close to the beach. Good stay, although the bedroom AC did not work, it never got lower than 80 so we slept on the couch. Good couch tho.

Very nice condo

We enjoyed the surrounding neighborhood,it was a pleasure to use the beach towels and chairs. The tenant seemed very pleasant and nice when we encountered them. The concierge was always helpful.

Modern, clean, beautiful and quiet property

We loved our stay! Beautiful condo and walking distance to the beach. We stayed for New Years Eve and the views of fireworks all around were EPIC, absolutely amazing. Parking was easy and the kitchen was well equipped. There weren’t a lot of restaurants close by but everything is a 5-10 Uber away. There were great beds for our family of 4.

Birthday vacation

Rent the property for birthday vacation. It was great stay in Puerto Rico. The apartment is in few minutes from one of the best beach of Puerto Rico and just about 40 minutes by walk from Old Town. The stay was great!

Amazing

We really enjoyed the condo, it was a beautiful place to stay. Great View and quick drive to Old San Juan which we went to every day. Also, It was a quick walk to the beach and they even provided a cooler, cart and chairs. Next time we go to PR we will stay there again!

Perfect location in Old San Juan

Great location. Minutes from Old San Juan and nice public beach area. 15 minutes from the airport. Nice parking garage to park your rental car. Very comfortable and clean. Excellent views of the port of San Juan. Good security, felt very safe. Master bed was very comfortable. Best sleep I had since we left home. Communication with the Owner was excellent, made us feel welcomed. Thank you!

Just as Advertised

We arrived and were pleased with everything. The apartment is ultra modern and the 3 TVs offer extra entertainment with Cable and Apple TV. The view out the windows is constantly changing at and around the bay. We found the bay activity entertaining. We rented a car and had secure covered parking. This location is central to most locations. The AC was a little techi to operate. We would return. Communication with the host was excellent.

Beautiful Condo

The place was clean and very nice. We walked most places and Ubered to a few if too far. The air conditioning in the bedroom was very loud and ran all night which was our only complaint. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

Beautiful condo

Super clean hi-rise condo in a great location. It was neat to be away from the hotel-sy feel of Condado and the cruise ship takeovers of Old San Juan, while still being a pleasant walk to each for adventures and nightlife. Host was responsive and helpful with a minor check-in issue. Really great new up-and-coming restaurant right around the corner - La Chefi - and fantastic burger place - La Hambuguer - one block the other way. Also within 2-3 min, an excellent wine shop with tastings and special events, a make your own pottery place, and THE best coffee stand 30 seconds from our favorite beach. Great to be among local crowds this trip. Puerto Ricans are the friendliest, warmest people! So good to be able to support them as they continue rebuilding from the hurricanes and pandemic.

Great location - use the scooters!!!!

Nice apartment located midway between Old San Juan and Condado. Very secure. We are both in our 50s and used the rental scooters to get everywhere! Having almost full windows facing south and west was awesome! One note to make. The bed is a single mattress on the floor. While incredibly comfortable, I can easily see where it could be a problem if you have mobility issues. Ot

Amazing Place!

The property was amazing and is pretty much central to everything. PM was communicative from the time we got there and when we left. I have ZERO complaints about this property or the location since it sits in a safe area. You can easily get around San Juan/Condado Area with an Uber for about $5-10. Will be coming back to this property when I am in San Juan again!

Family vaca in PR

The property was as advertised. They were a couple things broke in the apartment, which I messaged the property owner, and they never got back to us, but nevertheless, I just wanted to let them know that it was like that, before we started our stay there. We enjoyed our time there was very comfortable and would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend booking this property for your stay in Puerto Rico.
