REMODELED IN OCTOBER 2021! Beautifully furnished 1br 1ba condominium located in the Luna di Lusso building of Lake Las Vegas (LLV) Village. Address: 29 Montelago Blvd #350, Henderson, NV 89011. This unit has high ceilings with perfect views of the lake. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. The shaded North-facing patio with table and chairs will allow you to relax and take in the views of the lake, golf course (Reflection Bay Hole 17 view from balcony!), palm trees and prestigious LLV community. Location offers peace and quiet, away from pool and Village noise. The kitchenette has a convection-microwave oven combo and there is also an induction cook top with two burners, compact refrigerator, coffee maker, plates, glasses silverware and toaster. Bathroom basics such as towels, soap and shampoo are also included. Free wireless high speed internet, Roku TV (complimentary Netflix, Amazon Prime and PLEX movies!) and Dish satellite TV are included. Flat screen TVs are included in living room and bedroom. Fully stocked fitness room provides beautiful view of LLV Village. Facility also offers coin laundromat, free underground parking, large swimming pool and hot tubs that are heated year-round. We are also right next door to the LLV Hilton, steps away from shops and restaurants as well as the LLV Marina, where you can rent kayaks, paddle boards and much more. 35 miles of bike trails are connected to LLV and nearby trailhead parks. We are 15 minutes from Lake Mead National Park, 20 minutes from McCarran International Airport, 25 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. The property was very clean and had a nice kitchenette. I also appreciated it was 30 minutes from Las Vegas in one direction, and 15 minutes from Lake Mead Recreation center. I would definitely stay here again!

My daughter had a dance competition at the Hilton next door. It was nice to have a quiet place to stay, and it was super convenient! Just a short walk to Hilton and all the shops and restaurants. The condo itself was roomy, all we needed and just perfect.

Numerous activities in which to engage in the surrounding area. Unit was clean and fit our needs nicely. Could use a little updating. Indoor parking was convenient. Hosts were very helpful answering our few questions. Would stay there again.

Away from Vegas craziness

Property is short drive to Hoover Dam. 20 minutes to Vegas. Henderson has some good meal ops. We were before high season so not sure what the true level of occupancy is at the village.

Love Lake Las Vegas!

The location is excellent. Loved watching the sunrise in the morning from the patio! We loved having everything we needed/wanted within walking distance. The condo was very clean. The only issue we had was the mattress, it was the hardest, firmest mattress we have ever encountered, we did not sleep well.

Lovely area

We spent a couple of weeks at LLV. A little oasis in the desert. The condo is small, but does have a door to the bedroom. Probably not recommended for longer stays. Good facilities for washing and fitness. We golfed in Boulder City as it was close by and easy to get to.

Beautiful Lake Las Vegas

Enjoyed our stay here for 2 weeks. The view from your balcony is beautiful. The grounds are beautiful as well. Lovely walking paths. Close to all sorts of attractions. We visited Death Valley in CA, Lake Mead and Hoover Dam and Valley of Fire. Vegas is a 30 minute drive. Henderson has all the restaurants you would want. The condo is clean. Would love some new pillows on couch and bed though. The black out curtains on the windows are a nice touch. The owners are quick to respond. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

My 4th visit to the complex

This was my fourth stay in the complex, first in the east tower. When I stay at places. I pray that the property is clean and the beds are comfortable. This unit passed easily. It also had great views and easy access to the village. Though the workout area and laundry room were in the west tower, making the walk somewhat longer, this unit's bed was the best so far, making the walk worth it to me.The bathroom needs some updating and probably the electronics as well, but the positives so outweigh the minor issues that i would definately stay here again.

Lake Las Vegas - Luna di Lusso

Great condo with a nice view of Lake Las Vegas. Condo was clean, very quiet, and peaceful. Underground parking was great, especially as it was warm 85 - 90 degrees when we were there. Shopping and restaurants are close by in the City of Henderson. Great location for day trip adventures such as the Valley of Fire, Clark County Wetlands Nature Preserve, Lake Mead, and the town of Nelson, NV. The only issue we had was that the garbage disposal did not work. Management was notified and will be fixing. All in all, this is a great place to stay especially if you are looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas.

We stayed here for a 3 day conference that we attended at the Hilton. We liked that it was walking distance to the conference. We loved the view from the balcony. Overall the condo was nice. We liked that it was cheaper price than the Hilton and we could cook all our meals there, which saved us even more money. The fridge had enough space for our food. Owners were always helpful when we contacted them. Now for some of the cons, which as a disclaimer, we didn't have time during the business hours to contact the office about our concerns. The bathtub does not have a way to stop up the water. I tried several different ways. The room wasn't stocked with washcloths, hand towels, can opener and could use a few more basic utensils. I know it is located on the 3rd floor, but the patio door doesn't lock, which made me feel uneasy. The last, the bed wasn't very comfortable. It has a plastic/vinyl protector on the mattress that made it really hot and made noise everytime you moved around on it. It was really hard to sleep on it. We came home a night early, a big part of the reason was not being able to sleep well on the bed. As far as recommending it, I would tell people to keep it as an option if they were going to Henderson.

Hi Magan Thank you for your review. We have addressed the bathroom drain stop issue by purchasing a new plug. Sorry that the one we had there before was gone. We have also added more towels to the bathroom, including hand towels and wash cloths. The comfort of the bed is usually a matter of preference and tough to address. However, we have replaced the bed padding that now makes the bed softer. Thank you again and we would love to have you back as our guest to see the improvements made as a result of your feedback. Little Gem in the Desert

We spent four nights in this lovely little suite in early December. It had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend get away. It was quiet and everyone we encountered was very friendly. I had a few questions and messaged the owner and he was very quick to respond. I don't know how we never knew about Lake Las Vegas before. It's a hidden little gem in the desert. It was a great find and we will be going back in the future. Very Nice Stay! There is a bridge right next to the Luna di Lusso that allows you to walk over into the Village. The Village has a little grocery/deli and several restaurants, as well as a place to rent water toys. The Casino was shut down but I am sure that was due to CoVid having tourism down. On Thursday night's there is a fun little Farmer's Market in the Village. The night we arrived was the Farmer's Market and they had a band playing Christmas music on the stage by the lake and the Village was all lit up for the holidays.

Family Visit

While this property did have all the amenities listed, it was very basic and in need of a refresh. Baseboards and furniture are peeling; bathroom towels should be replaced as they are wearing thin; sliding glass door lock broken off. Also there was no binder with detailed instructions for TV and info on amenities and area restaurants and activities. Another family member rented the same size unit in the West tower for less money, and it had been painted & outfitted with beautiful bedding & fluffy towels, updated furniture and decorated to make it look like an inviting space, with a small basket of snacks & a beach bag with sunscreen. Just some suggestions- - -

Thank you for your review and suggestions. We always take feedback seriously and look for opportunities to improve. When you visited, we had just replaced the floors from carpet to laminate and unfortunately the baseboards had gotten a bit scratched up in the process. We have since painted them and the place looks great. This is one of our most popular units with rare availability and amazing views. As for the binder, we actually did provide you (as we do all our guests) with an electronic visitor guide on the day of the reservation, which covers the items mentioned. We have found that binders easily get outdated, damaged and are generally not very sanitary. Thank you again for your visit! Regards, Cristian
