We have an open floor plan with French doors leading out to your own private balcony.
This apartment is attached to our family home however it has its own private enterance and the only shared space if you choose to use it is our laundry room. Oh and the driveway but we do accommodate a parking spot right next to your apartment door. (Upstairs apartment No elevator available)

Our stay was for a work trip for about a month and both my project manager and myself enjoyed it. Hosts were always quick to respond for parking arrangements, laundry usage, and for any other questions we had like food joint recommendations! The place was neat with A/C and heat and had the accommodations anybody staying longer for 2 weeks would want. It’s also very close to fitness centers, food markets, barber shops, and quick access to the main highway to get to where you need to go. Thank you to our hosts again for having us, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!!

Thomas is a Veteran and continues his career working for the Federal Government which has relocated us many times over the years and we have settled for a bit in Memphis TN! Before leaving Michigan CaSandra was a photographer and now she is a Mom/Wife mostly but also has a couple other businesses that she loves! We Love hosting people who are transitioning to new area for career change or just a temporary assignment. We get the stress that relocation can cause so providing a safe and comfortable place for people who are coming to Memphis for a short time brings us joy!

We chose the home due to its charm and the already established Airbnb/Guest apartment! The neighborhood is full of great people who love Memphis and want to see it thrive in the best ways. The neighborhood folk all look out for one another and they keep things watched and looked after. While all of Memphis deal with crime, it’s nice to know that we have a great bunch of neighbors here.

What makes this property unique

For us the apartment stood out and we made the home purchase based on the reviews and the opportunity. We Love the balcony for a bit of downtime. And also the soaking tub is a favorite of most of the nurses we have hosted!
