Lovely, allergy-friendly home in a quiet residential area with an emphasis on cleanliness and comfort with a great location: 1 block to beautiful St. Joseph Bay, boat ramp, fishing, kayaking, pickle ball courts, park and a gazebo overlooking the bay for taking in the beautiful sunsets. The home is just a 5 minute walk to all downtown shops and restaurants, 1 block to a 4 mile paved biking/walking trail and a 10-15 minute serene drive to area beaches.
The space
Enjoy this charming home for making great vacation memories! You will love the location of this property, as it is just a short walk to all this quaint, safe and historic port town has to offer including: fishing, kayaking and scalloping (seasonal), marina, shopping, restaurants, lighthouse and nature park with periodic festivals throughout the year and a seasonal farmer’s market. It is also only one block from the Port City Trail, a lovely four-mile, paved walking/biking trail. When you’ve had your fill of excitement in town, enjoy a short, scenic drive to the pristine, white-sand beaches of “the cape” (Cape San Blas) or the beaches along Hwy 98.
Perfect for short or long stays, there is excellent wifi and a roomy workspace with desk in the master bedroom. There is plenty of room to spread out in this light and bright, well-kept townhome. Downstairs is open-concept with a living room, dining area and a large, fully-stocked kitchen with quality cookware, island, pantry and everything necessary to cook great meals. Guests can enjoy relaxing on the comfy zero-gravity leather reclining sofas. There is also a 1/2 bath, full washer and dryer and screened-in porch off the kitchen overlooking the fenced-in backyard. Upstairs has 2 full baths and 3 bedrooms, each with comfortable mattresses, smart TVs and plenty of storage. The roomy bunkroom has a twin over full bed with an extra large closet stocked with games and books for the kids! The second bedroom is small but cozy with a queen bed and the spacious master bedroom has a king bed, work area with desk, private bathroom with linen closet and large walk-in closet. Outdoor amenities include a screened porch with swing and table, fenced in backyard, outdoor shower, gas grill and a firepit to make “s’more memories” and enjoy the stars! We hope to “sea” you soon!

Guests have access to the entire unit with the exception of a locked owner’s closet.
Other things to note:
Unfortunately, we cannot allow any animals due to family members with allergies/asthma. We have a strict no smoking/vaping policy and enforce a $500 fine for breaking these rules. This is a two-story unit that is not childproofed. We provide WiFi and smart TV’s but no cable service. There are comfortable, zero gravity reclining leather sofas in the living room.

We are a family that enjoys traveling and adventure and the beauty of nature.
Why they chose this property
We love our location because we are right in the middle of many outdoor activities like pickleball, the Port City walking trail, fishing and kayaking, parks as well a boat launch and marina. We are also just a short walk to Reid Avenue with shopping, great restaurants and a quick car ride to the main grocery store.
What makes this property unique
Our property is super bright airy and spacious with all upscale furniture and beds for guests comfort. We have lots of storage for beach and fishing gear as well as lovely outdoor space with a screened porch, firepit and outdoor shower.
