1200 sq ft open concept private garage loft, nestled in the woods. Located in relaxed cottage area of Howdenvale. We are not on the water but it is only a 5 minute bike ride/drive to the clean sandy beach at Howdenvale Beach Park. Approximately 25 minutes to Sauble Beach, Wiarton & Lions Head. Approximatlely 50 minutes to Tobermory. Sleeps 4- 6 with 2 queen beds & pop up sofa bed. Features beautiful Kitchenette, full bathroom with shower ( TOILET is a COMPOSTING TOILET), private 10 X 14 deck with bbq & lounge furniture. Campfire pit. Large comfortable living space to relax in. Parking for two vehicles.

We have lived on the Bruce Peninsula for 20 years. We enjoy the quietness of the area. We live on the property and the loft is above our garage.
Why they chose this property
our home is nestled in the woods. We get the occasional wild life roaming the property (rabbits, fox mostly). We have a few restaurants in the area. There is a variety store in Pike Bay,which is about 5 min drive down the road, that is also an LCBO outlet.
What makes this property unique
By renting our place you get the full use of the entire 1200 sq foot loft, a place to sleep, relax and make your own meals (if you desire)
