Came down for a football tournament and the place was absolutely perfect. Right across the street from the fields. Everything was clean and functional and great communication with the host. If I could give 6 stars I would!

We were unexpectedly in town for a funeral and thankful this place was available. The house was well appointed and suitable for our family. The host was very responsive and helpful before our stay. We encountered one minor thing during our stay but the host was very helpful and responsive. In fact we have booked this house again for another visit to the area within the next few weeks! Thank you Matthew for working with our family and being so accommodating!

The host was awesome. We did have an issue with a heavy smell of pot in the house. According to the host, the previous guests threw a party. There was some furniture that seemed damaged, but they were very kind and accommodating. I don't hold it against them.

Beautiful house , overall nice place. Everythings broken. Tv's having issues, Beds caving in, Even smelled like smoke when we arrived. Not to mention the couch is literally on the floor. They propped the couch onto the legs and tried to charge my card for damages that were already there.
